A40 - Dark Grey (2015) (Previous Question)

The question was directed to Best Buy customer service, and they were understanding of my situation with the warranty issue. The headset had mic issues and would sometimes briefly cut the audio from the left side. They replaced my headset with a newer version but essentially the same model. Thanks.
Got mine but for now i haven't encountered any issues with it
