Excellent, lots of straps, compartments and zippered pockets, and 3 layers of them. Theres outside pockets on the sides, a waist strap (removable) chest strap (also removable) bottom strap for tripod, and outer mesh kinda spot for a jacket/waterbottle for a hike. I'm not finished organizing it yet, keep moving things around to see what works best. Bonus, its waterproof.! Easy to stay organized.

not what I was exppecting, the are a soft plastic, and I thought they would fold to be the same size as regular cds, so not sure where I will store them now because they are large, w/ 2" of space on the top and bottom of the cd. Not sure why they made them so big.

NO SIGNAL EXTENSION
By SteveK
This is a waste! I used to have a Apple Airport running my house but read how this unit(s) was going to make things even better. Well, unless the DST is 10ft or less from the base station it does not get any connection. I went and bought another DST assuming that the one in the kit was bad - no luck - neither can extend any WiFi. Now I have to return both DST's and the router and GO THRU THE HASSLE OF CHANGING THE NAMES ON ALL MY WIFI UNITS AGAIN. Irritating hassle and waste of time! Unless your walls are made of wax paper you might want to look elsewhere.

I have had problems too, in fact I am on my 3rd router. NOthing But PROBLEMS....may I suggest going into the geek squad desk, buy the nighhawk ac3200 AND if the problem is in ded spot, also get 892.11ac wireless range extender and pay to have them come out and set it up. it will be worth it in the end. I live in a historical house and who knows what the heck is smothering the signal, but Im telling you it is worth the extra $ to avoid the frustration

works well/not wireless/no remote acess
March 30, 2016
I liked the resolution, sound, picture quality all great. However, if I leave my house, I cannot check on things remotely with this system, AND...the cameras are NOT wireless. The only thing wireless is the little pad monitor that comes with it.....so it went back for me. I cant have wires where aI need it. My replacement is not as good of quality, and I wish I could have figured a way to make it work. This unit is also a WHOLE lot easier to set up (and copy segments if needed) than the one I ended up with. Im glad you were able to make it work for your needs. The image quality is better than I have seen on any other system.

I have a Canon EOS Rebel XTi and these did not work for this model. The camera was unable to focus with these tubes I was unable to use the focus ring on manual and the lens did not focus when on Auto. The lens I used for these tubes was my Canon 50mm 1.8 II lens.
The package and reviews were poorly noted since it did not say which cameras were compatible and looking on DLC's page I sent a message and I had no response on which cameras they were compatable with.

does NOT work in auto
May 14, 2016
No extention tube will auto focus, unless you get a really expensive one with the little pins that connect the lense to your sensors. You must turn AF OFF, in the camera and on your lense. They will ONLY work in manual mode. Go on tube and there are a bunch of tutorials on how to get it to work for you. Good luck. let me know if it helps. You don't happen to live in WC?

Major flaws
By Jbone36
Bought this because the design of my two story home wasn't ideal for running a wired system (my preference). Install and setup was a breeze.
The problem rests in its inability to do what people buy security systems for. For example, I mounted a camera near my front door and at an angle because the instructions say cameras pick up horizontal motion better than head on motion. Over the course of several days, the camera consistently failed to sense motion and begin recording fast enough before the subject was out of view. At best I catch the very tail end of someone entering my front door which wouldn't do me or the police any good.
My second camera is a mere 10' away from the front door camera and it doesnt even pick up motion of someone entering my front door. Not to mention it only records 10 seconds per activation. I understand this is a battery operated system, but to me, this is an unacceptable security system for any price because it doesn't work. I took mine back and will find a way to install a wired, continuous system and have peace of mind.

record time is adjustsable
November 27, 2016
fyi, the record time is adjustable. However, I wish I took mine back. We had a robbery, they came back twice, got around 10k worth of product. NOT ONE CAPTURED RECORDING. The scumbag hacked into my system and erased all the pics of him ripping me off. I am sick about this. ALL THAT Work down the tubes. 6 months of pollinating for new breeds, all that work gone in an instant. (we are talking about a personal medical grow) I'm glad you read all the comments and decided to get a wired system. My problem is an old stucco house that you cannot drill into without it cracking. This system is no better than a baby monitor or nanny cam at best. Security, nope. We went to Seattle and camera A picked up on motion, and camera B recorded. (WHAT) so got that fixed too, must have been when they hacked into the system and changed the rules. Can you add to your comments and tell me what you ended up getting? I need to get an different system for next year. one that gives me some peace of mind. I feel so violated right now, exactly what I was trying to avoid.

Excellent Choice for Easy Photo Editing
By ryanmcv
If you've ever looked at Photoshop and thought that it was too complicated for your simple photo editing needs, then Photoshop Elements might fit the bill. Even seasoned photographers will find some great features in this affordable and easy-to-use software. Here's my take:
PROS:
- Simple, guided interface. A toolbar at the top pf the window offers nearly 45 "Guided Edits" with step-by-step instructions, allowing you to edit facial features, create a collage, add motion blur and paintbrush effects, and so much more.
- Turn a frown upside down. The facial editing features in Photoshop Elements are second to none. You can turn frowns into smiles, open squinting eyes and make other quick tweaks to portraits with the help of simple sliders. Edits are applied in real-time. There's also a quick 'revert' button to correct any mistakes. As with most tools in Elements, it's easy and quick to use.
- Easy photo organization. The "Organizer" tool lets you search and filter all of your photos by people, place, keyword tags, date, and more. You can even combine search criteria to narrow the results. Perhaps most impressively, there is a "Smart Tags" feature which automatically identifies what is in your photos: faces, landscapes, animals, trees, etc. It's frighteningly accurate.
- Tons of advanced editing features and settings. For being a cheaper version of Photoshop, Adobe sure doesn't skimp on advanced features. There are simply too many settings and tools to list in this review.
CONS:
- Slow to import photos. Using the Organizer tool, it took Elements over an hour to import all of my photos (close to 2,000). I understand that it has to scan each photo for facial recognition, location data, etc., but it seems strange that Facebook and other online applications can do this instantly.
- No automatic album creation. The Organizer tool will combine photos by place, date, people, and more, but it doesn't actually create albums automatically. It would be nice if it logically grouped photos from the same date and location into one album.
OVERALL:
Overall, this is a top-notch entry-level photo editor. It's incredibly easy to import, organize, and edit photos. It's feature set, especially with the guided instructions, is unmatched. At this price point, it's an easy recommendation.

Great review, can I ask you a few questions?
Do you think this is a good editing program for beginners?
DO you need photoshop to run this, like some of the LR add ons?
Can add ons be added to this program?
Do you know if it has the ability to "merge" photos together? I appreciate more any info you have, as this is the next t hing to add to my "bag of tricks" and PS/lightroom seems so hard to navigate for noobs. TY in advance.

Powerful tools for all levels
By psyclopps from San Diego, CO
This product is a bit harder to write a review on because there are simply so many features to talk about. I am nowhere near an as experienced as an advanced photo editor but I do like to have nice looking photos from my DSLR. Usually I default to Lightroom to get my desired look but there are things that only Photoshop products can do. It has been a while since I looked at a Photoshop Elements product (Elements 12), but it has been long enough that I can see the progress between the previous version I used and the most recent release.
Photoshop 15 is simply packed full of features. It was tempting to go straight to the “Expert” level editing but I felt that doing this would not lead to a realistic review since all levels of users are going to use this product, that and I often have no clue what I am doing when using some of those expert level features other than just playing around. I started with the guided features using two photos of a house and a pumpkin to play with. The guided features make every single advertised effect EXTREMELY easy to implement. I can see myself using many of these to get the proper smiles in my photos or cleaning up patches of grass, or simply deleting portions of the photo out. In past versions, that was a slightly tedious thing to do as it took lots of time getting patterns just right and cropping exact edges. Well, Photoshop 15 does all of that work for you if you use the built in tools.

I was a bit turned off by the quick settings as they are almost too simple to the point where many are useless. I just did not see the point of a toothbrush tool to get whiter teeth. What I mean is I am sure there are times it can come in handy, but I did not see some of these tools as being used often enough to be on the quick mode which in my mind should have tools which would be commonly used. This is just an opinion and maybe some of those features are used much more than I know.
I saw the most use out of the guided menu and the expert menu. The guided menu has many actual relevant tools which produce immediate and powerful results. There is minimal interaction needed to achieve the desired effects. I attached the photo I used to when I was playing around around with the software. Keep in mind I am not at all the creative type or well versed in the world of Photoshop, I simply wanted to see what someone with little experience could do in a short period of time (less than 10 minutes). I am sure if you put some actual time and effort into getting a nice photo it would come out much better.
The expert menu feels like full fledged photoshop to me with the ability to use layers, almost all the major tools, RAW editing and more. I tested the software on a 2015 Macbook Pro (i5 & 8gb RAM). Most of the effects were very fast and only rarely did I see any hangups when using the tools. Most often I saw pauses when using the mask features and finalizing guided effects. If you have more powerful hardware I am sure there will be no lag at all. The software does use your graphics card to accelerate certain effects.
In summary, the software is a great product with tools for all levels. If you are just a beginner, it is a great tool to learn more advanced features on but can provide lots of fun photo editing tools regardless if you know what you are doing or not.

great review
March 4, 2017
Thanks, you answered a few questions I had, if you can merge photos, and if a beginner can muddle through without too much difficulty. Nice to hear it has a guided tour, that would be helpful. SO far I haven't been happy with any of the "free" or basic stuff online. They don't tell you where to put what to get that. IDK if that made any sense, but your review makes it sound pretty easy for analog minds also. Seems a better way to go than PS/LR. Do you know if add ons can be used with this program? TY

Doesn't replace live video
By Broncos777 from Chicago
I like that its wireless and super easy to setup. From start to finish installing base router + two cameras it took me just under 2 hours. Would have taken less if cameras worked at original angles. Leading into what I don't like.
I didn't like that camera best picks up motion from the side vs head on. Creating slight challenge when placing cameras. I also don't like that the camera records 10 seconds of motion, which is delayed by 3-5 seconds. You can make up for this by loading the app to view live motion, but the alerts you get on your device are only 10 seconds. I need at least 30 and can't find adjustments in settings.
For roughly $100 per camera and the simple slwireless setup, this product will serve its purpose, as I use it to know when kids are home while I'm at work. The mobile app and alerts sent to my phone when motion is triggered & being able to turn/on and off with my smart phone is intuitive. I just wish it had a few more features on capturing more than 10 seconds of delayed motion? Perhaps that's what you get if you sign up for Arlos premium monthly subscription. From what I gather, the subscription just gives you more than 7 days of stored motion recording. (Which the average user doesn't need)
If this review helped, mark it below. Thanks!

I am very sad to hear that, can you return it since it's within 90 days? I think I'll wait till they work out more bugs. Meanwhile I'll stay with the soundless version which also has its issues. Best option for stucco house or areas that cannot be wired. Glad I waited on the upgrade, but sorry that happened to you. I would try calling them again and tell them the situation, that wasn't included in the price when you bought it, and this is NOT good business.(as if they care) Maybe if you complain enough they will help you.

If I purchase 4 cameras, how far away from each other can they be placed.

as far apart as needed, about 20 ft is the max that the motion sensor will detect. That is, if it works while you get robbed. they did not for me. They trip the motion every time I go outside, but during a robbery, NOT ONE CAPTURED VIDEO! Please buy a wired camera that is reliable and has sound for your saftey. What wind speed will cameras sustain on magnets?

couldn't tell you what the wind speed tolerance is, but the magnets are strong. I had to mount 2 on brackets (off-name brand on amazon) due to the angle they needed to point. The magnet didn't reach the angle I need. These cameras are NOT reliable do not waste your money

What kind of batteries are they using and wat is the cost from them , and how easy or difficult are they to replace ?

batteries are lithium, and last 6 mos. they are easy to replace, but you have to readjust the cameras afterwords. the recording on these are sporadic at best. They did not work for me when I was robbed for 10k of product. this was why I bought this thing. then when we went on vacation, the thing wouldn't record at all on one camera. It sent the signal to camera A to record on camera B, even tho the motion was in camera A. they whole thing is micky mouse, a waste of money
