I see this CD being as commercially accepted as Faith No More CDs of the past, but if you are a fan of their style, you'll really love this CD. I know I do. Mike Patton voice has not lost a step, and the band harmonizes as though there was never a break.

I'm a big fan of the Superman storyline, and even though I enjoyed the Christopher Reeves movies, as a kid, they really are overly cheesy. I really loved seeing a serious approach at Superman. Superman, and the villains, all have powers that feel very real.
Unfortunately, the plot doesn't seem very cohesive, and some of the characters felt thrown in, and unnecessary.
Overall, it's a great start to the series, and I'm looking for to the sequels. This movie is definitely worth a view, especially if you're a fan of comic book based movies.
The PS4 is a graphical powerhouse, able to deliver massive game worlds with impressive clarity and detail. 8GB of RAM allows for serious multitasking potential, complementing the great apps and features that make up the PS4 experience. The PlayStation brand of consoles has an impressive history of delivering world-class exclusive games, and the trend is sure to continue with the PS4. The growing blockbuster catalog is backed by a library of free-to-play and indie games, giving you flexibility in how you pay and play. The PS4 also acts as a social hub, with several built-in features that take advantage of the social networks you're already using. The controller's Share button opens up a world of video sharing, with the option to stream your gameplay live or record it to edit and post later. PlayStation Vita owners will enjoy the connectivity that ties the two devices together, from Remote Play, which allows you to play your PS4 games on your Vita's screen over a local Wi-Fi network, to Cross-Buy, which allows you to purchase a game digitally only once and play it on both your PS4 and your Vita. All PS4 consoles will need a firmware update and must be connected to the Internet to complete the update. While your console will not always need to be connected to the Internet, a one-time connection is required for the update. Online multiplayer requires a paid PlayStation Plus membership. Some features require a broadband Internet connection; ISP fees apply. PS3 games, controllers and some accessories are not compatible with the PS4.

The improvements Sony made to the playstation platform werea very welcomed site. The PSN store is now integrated into the menu, so there is no longer a huge delay when opening the store. The menu is much smoother now too. I do love the ability to play a game as it's still downloading also.
The negatives were known going in, and all scheduled to be resolved, as part of future patches. One is the lack of support for USB based headsets, including the official Sony brand sets. The other is the inability to export captured video to an external storage device. These are suppose to be coming later. The only negative NOT being addressed, is the limited range for the controllers. I keep my devices in a closet, to hide them. I had strange controller responses when leaning back in my couch, on the opposite side of the room.
Otherwise, the system has run flawlessly, and barely gets warm when stressed with a game like bf4

I had been putting off getting PS+, because it never met with my budget. Then I saw it discounted here at BB, so I finally broke down and got it.I don't regret it at all. The first thing I did, was download Little Big Planet Karting, and Saints Row 3. Great games, and combined, basically covered the cost of the card, on day one. I still have 12 more months of free game offers, to look forward to.
The one negative is, my daughters both have PS Vitas, and even though I'm eligible for free Vita games, AND I can download to my PS3 for transferring to a Vita, my kids can not actually use the games, because PS+ is tied to your account (and sub accounts). I knew that was a possibility going in, so I didn't lower the rating, but definitely something I wish was different. Fortunately, Sony IS changing the policy when the PS4 arrives. I was hoping it might be sooner.

ok, the Transformer movies are a love/ hate. I love the transformers part of the movie, and the action, but most of the acting is terrible, like in the previous 2 movies.
But that's not why I'm suggesting not to buy it right now. When you buy this blu-ray, it comes with a $10 coupon to buy the 3D version in Nov. I believe it's going to be a combo version, so just wait and make sure you get the 3D version, to get more for your money. To top things off, this blu-ray does not have a single extra feature. Just the movie. I suspect the Nov. version will have extras. I think they rushed to get this one out, and I'm not sure why, since the next version will be out before the Christmas rush.
What's great about it: the action, and the original (cheap) sale price
What's not so great: the lack of any extra features

Zombieland is a fun and funny movie, that does not take itself too seriously. Woody Harrison's childish mind in this movie is what makes the movie so funny. Beyond that, it's filled with fun little moments that keep me rewatching this movie.
That being said, there are some slow moments in the movie. They do short flashbacks for each character, throughout the movie. Those moments seemed to slow the movie down, but it doesn't kill the entertainment value.
Disclaimer: It is extremely gory at the beginning and at points throughout the movie, but it's a zombie movie. What do you expect? ;)

Great movie to demonstrate your video/audio system

I loved the Transformers as a kid, and I was excited when the first movie was announced. I was disappointed by the 'American Pie' style of humor in it. I was hoping that this sequel would eliminate some of these immature scenes. Unfortunately, it went the other route. It had more references during the movie, and two of the three cut scenes reveal even MORE scenes. I mean, was it necessary to add another dog to this movie, only so they could show the two dogs 'dominating' each other? They were in two scenes, and that's the only thing they did. Then, one of the robots does the same thing to Megan Fox later in the movie... come on. And robot genitals? Really? In my opinion, you should be comfortable showing this movie to your kids (if you're ok with them seeing robot violence), but this movie does not allow that.
Other than that, the movie is pretty good. It's not a very deep story in the movie, but the action and effects are impressive and fun to watch. The audio effects are amazing too, and provide an excellent way to demonstrate your surround system.
What's great about it: Visual effects
What's not so great: Immature and unnecessary references
