If you have not played Elder Scrolls Oblivion at all and don't own the base game I recommend buying this all inclusive pack since it is a better deal than buying the base game and expansion (shivering isles separately). I believe the base game on the PS3 includes Knights of the Nine already since I recall doing the quests and never purchased the expansion.
If you don't know anything about this series try taking a look at the reviews for the base game (elder scrolls oblivion). Its by far the best RPG game I have ever played and I think its the best game out for the PS3.
What's great about it: Contains all the Oblivion Content

I love this game. Every song has a lead guitar, bass guitar, drum, and vocal track that can be played. The microphone is laggy- but can be fixed by adjusting the settings in game when switching between instruments (your vocal lag will be different than the lag for guitar). At first I didn't like a lot of the song choices but as I have played through the game I have found a couple of new favorite songs I didn't know before. Another plus is that you can download (at extra cost) additional content from the PS store (songs like Fortunate Son by CCR, Roxanne by The Police and Hard to Handle by the Black Crowes).
If you want to try before you buy just stop by a local best buy - they have the X-Box version up and running at most and the inputs are the same on all system.
What's great about it: Expands on Guitar Hero Concept adding drums + Mic, can add content from PS store
What's not so great: Lack of extra guitar controllers, microphone lag
The empire of Tamriel is on the verge of total collapse. The Emperor is dead. Desperate factions, mad with the scent of power wafting up their noses, compete for control of the throne. This is by far the best of any platform game I have ever played. The richness of the world, the staggering number of possible gameplay hours, the interesting and sometimes funny quests, the ability to create your own character class - everything about this game is fantastic. I can't say enough positive things about this game.
What's great about it: Huge interactive world, Large number of quest, fantastic gameplay

The DS version of this game blows this one out of the water. It really doesn't have enough detail to transfer to the big screen and I don't find the Wii-mote to be sensitive enough for many of the tasks. Much better on the DS.
What's great about it: Fun idea
What's not so great: MUCH better on the Nintendo DS
