My experience so far with blue ray is you need light in the movie. Cartoons seem to be the best, although harry potter was playing at the store on blue when i bought one. This move is is dark, and you don't get to appreciate a lot of the dvd the blue shows. Maybe the future "green ray" (biodegradeable disks) will work better for darker movies...
What's great about it: special effects.
What's not so great: Its dark not a lot of contrast, hence why not so valuable as a blue ray.
