This is probably my favorite NFS game yet and I have played just about every one since High Stakes. This is the first racing game that I have used the in-car camera solely. I can't imagine playing this game and not taking advantage of that. The graphics are the best I have seen of the NFS series even when you're going 150+, there isn't any skipped frames which would make it feel unrealistic. The car battles are probably the most fun with it being a 1-on-1 best out of 3 race.
After playing this game it is obvious that some of the reviewers on here need to have their reviewing priveledges revoked. Especially the one complaining that you can't turn down the race music because it is turned off by default, all you can hear during the races are your car.
My only complaint I have about this game is that it takes an unusually long time to load the tracks. Sometimes it seems like I'm sitting there for 30secs before the level loads. However, that just gives me a chance to get a drink and get comfy.
What's great about it: Graphics, Physics, In-car camera
