Norman Panama directed Danny Kaye in the comedy Court Jester, which comes to DVD with a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. English and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Mono. There are no subtitles, but the English soundtrack is closed-captioned. Supplemental materials include a theatrical trailer. This is a decent disc from Paramount that does show the age of the film being presented. This DVD will please fans of older comedies.

My kids have watched this many, many times and love it. They often quote it - get it, got it, good.
What's great about it: Clean, funny, classic Danny Kaye
What's not so great: none
I would recommend this to a friend!

SynopsisSmash and bash with a crazy cast of familiar characters in Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal. In this irrational romp, you're paired with a Tunes character to chase down a mad scientist through exotic locations across time. Explore ancient eras on Earth and journey to planets in outer space to accomplish your mission. Hop on one of several amazing vehicles and embark on an adventure filled with the trademark slapstick humor of yesterday and the amazing graphics of today.Travel all over the cartoon universe atop a jet scooter, a pterodactyl and other unconventional means of transportation. Look for the mad scientist in different locales and time periods, such as Camelot, Mars, the Wild West and other fantastic places. Those classic cartoon voices you remember come through in many hilarious scenes, providing the laughs you'd expect from a Looney Tunes lineup. Race, chase and battle your way through this wacky, Tunes-tastic world.

Disappointment

After chasing your opponent around the same small arena for a while, it gets old. A good laugh now and again as you change guns. Game has a few glitches and freezes in the middle of play so you have to reset. Not worth the money when there are so many other better games on the market.
What's great about it: Easy to play
What's not so great: Limited arenas, gets old

Brace yourself for a new set of tricks, tracks and ways to race. The included Wii Wheel transforms your Wii Remote into a steering wheel that feels great in your hands, while the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller supply a classic control style for veterans of this racing series. Either way, you'll be able to perform impressive speed-boosting tricks, such as jumps, flips and wheelies. You can zip through brand-new tracks and arenas, and also tour classic courses from Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario Kart: Double Dash and Mario Kart DS. There are even options for trying all-new motorbikes that have their own special tricks and techniques. The action gets fast, furious and funny when you race in Mario Kart Wii.

So easy to play

I was a fan of Mario Kart on Game Cube, but this is soooo much better. My 6-year-old can play it with ease. It's the most played game in the house now! Tons of fun! The courses vary in difficulty, which is good. Challenging, but not too.
What's great about it: wheel easy to use, simple enough for preschool to grandma
What's not so great: hard to see where you're going when screen is split for multiple players
I would recommend this to a friend!
