SynopsisThe beach bunnies parade around on the sand in skimpy bikinis and the waiter brings another icy drink out to you on the lounge chair. A cool breeze blows in off the Pacific, cutting the heat around Banoi's flagship Royal Palms Resort. Completely cut off from the rest of the world, surrounded by vacationers with money to burn at this ultimate getaway spot, you smile, knowing this is paradise. But what happens when paradise is lost?When a contagious zombie outbreak sweeps Banoi, effectively turning it into a Dead Island, it's up to you and three other individuals who are strangely immune to zombification to protect the survivors from the horror and try to find a way to escape. The island's open-world setting offers countless things to do and objectives to complete as you try to find out what's really going on in this zombie slasher action RPG. Collect and customize weapons to fight off the zombies in close-quarter melee combat. As you advance through the story, you will gain experience points, allowing you to unlock skill trees and develop your character. Take on the undead with up to three friends in the seamless multiplayer mode that allows you to drop in and out of each other's games at any time. Are you ready for the madness, carnage and chaos of this Dead Island?

Concept everybody loves them some Zombies. So You're on the Island of Banoi where you can choose from 4 different characters each with pros and cons involving weapons and ability to maneuver around the landscape. The open world aspect directly reminds me of Fallout 3 including how the shadow around map disappears as explore more and more. The weapon pickups and looting is identical to Borderlands including the rarity of weapons even having a color system. Weapon mods and pickups is a little mix of oblivion and fallout 3. All in all awesomely good game... been selling out everywhere , and If you're a hardcore gamer or just want to accomplish everything in the game...definately get the strategy guide.
What's great about it: Best elements of its predecessors.
What's not so great: No DLC yet.

From the different Guilds you can join and that have their own quest lines, to the graphics that are still good by todays standards and light years ahead of its time 5 years ago, to the wide open fully accessible landscape this game is a must own for anyone who likes to have the freedom to do whatever they want .. just remember there are always consequences.... Ive done 3 or 4 playthroughs atleast over the last 5 years. amazing replay value and if you pick it up now you should finish your character in time for SKyrim the highly awaited sequel.
What's great about it: great game and great DLC
What's not so great: best xbox 360 game ever ..nothing lives up to this

I've used this controller for about 2 months now and I love it, light weight , no batteries or recharger needed, and of course you can make it light up in whatever color you want... great for kids much cheaper than microsoft versions .. and great for hardcore gamers as a hard wired connection will mean an immediate signal where as wireless has a slight delay reaction. Finally this can be a pro or a con depending on opinion but it feels a little looser around the joy sticks good for call of duty if you turn the sensitivity up and opposite if you prefer a slower controller movement.
What's great about it: IT LIGHTS UP/ HARD WIRED

Listen everyone the game will be fun don't get me wrong, assuming you liked any of its predecessors, however there will be no bundle price for the game with all the instruments ( previously retailed under $200) now if you want the new guitar with strings or drums or keyboard its all separate and if you do the math retails at over $400 wow really? for a music game they are either out of their mind or they actually think people will buy this stuff. My recommendation buy the game ignore the new instruments and make em drop the price. or just get these new motion games like connect or move ( i tried to spell connect the right way apparently it's inappropriate language) way better.
What's great about it: music
What's not so great: insane outrageous price for everything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

awesome game played it at a vendor show in kansas city about a month ago i never thought they could surpass cod 4 in look feel and gameplay but i was wrong .. so very very wrong.. this will not be one to disappoint like other hyped up games like halo 3 not bad but not halo 2... or 2 worlds .. really that game was horrible.. anyway but modern warfare 2 it will be your least wasted $60 this holiday season.
What's great about it: seamless gameplay mix of everything we loved in 4 plus the few things most people liked in 5
What's not so great: not out yet and i dont think theres a zombie mode .. i could be wrong about the zombies

What's great about it: unexpectedness, draws you in , leaves you wanting more, originality
What's not so great: not for younger viewers, creatures couldve looked better

i have one red ring on the lower right hand, side and i don't know whether it's the av cable or the xbox
by default gotta test connection make sure no loose cables, after that try a secondary input to make sure the current input on tv or receiver isnt defective if youre still having issues call xbox or if you have the geek squad black tie just bring it in and youll get another one in no time

Where can I purchase the 3d ultra minigolf game other than from MIcrosoft?
I just bought an xbox 360 arcade. My 5 year old granddaughter loves the 3d ultra minigolf adventures game. But I am not connected to the internet to download the full version. Microsoft says others sell the game, but I can't find it. Suggestions?

how much does it cost to get a warranty with the black tie thing
like a hundred bucks for 2 year replacement covers system and controllers, must have as this unit usually breaks anyways and you could always trade up and pay difference if something better comes out if yours breaks.

How long before they lower the price of the 250gb new xbox console?
I'm thinking about buying the 250 gb xbox because I want to download demos but I can't afford it yet. So how long before they lower the price a little bit like 50 or 70 bucks?
SOON. Bestbuy wants to service it's customers its one of two things either a group of retailers paid extra for an exclusive launch of the 250gb version or bestbuy simply doesnt know how many theyre getting yet.

bestbuy in most stores now have a ordering system now that they can bring product in from other bestbuy locations not all... but can also pay for it at one store and pickup at another , but most holiday bundles get fully stocked beginning to mid november
