1080P upconvert 5 disc player. Rich sound.

What sold me was the upscale 1080P player. Plays beautifully plus is a 5 disc changer. HDMI and component connectivity. Sound is rich and clear, plenty of backbone when powered up with minimal distortion. Wireless connectivity for additional room or rear speaker set up. However, not true wireless as with most similar systems. Speakers are adjoined to a power source with speaker wires side to side. Still beats running wires front to back across the room. Good multi setting for the base with sound settings to most peoples preference. Disadvantage is no opitical connection for additional component hook up for 5.1 surround sound. Not a big fan of the tall tower speakers for my use although they actually produce very accurate sound. Overall a nice unit with many positive features that will impress when you play dvd's in 1080P with 5.1 sound.
What's great about it: HD upconvert @ 1080P. Plenty of power. Music port connection and Ipod docking station included.
What's not so great: No digital optical.

Solid 5 star performances.

Interesting plot for sure as others have stated. Kevin out of character. William Hurt a really bad influence on him! Guess he flunked out at his meetings. Demi Moore typical performance...not my favorite technical actress but strong personal attitude worked well in this movie. Recommend A+.
What's great about it: Not your ordinary plot.
What's not so great: Might be disturbing for some. Violent.

Based on the Marvel Comics character, stunt motorcyclist Johnny Blaze gives up his soul to become a hell-blazing vigilante, to fight against power-hungry Blackheart, the son of the devil himself.

This is the first BD I usually offer guests to watch when they visit. Those that have not seen it on BlueRay are amazed. Lots of action, graphics, and good guy vs. bad guy theme. Starting to like Mavel movies a lot. Recommend.
What's great about it: Great graphics and colors.
What's not so great: Jump the story faster.

From director Michael Bay and executive producer Steven Spielberg comes a thrilling battle between the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons. When their epic struggle comes to Earth, all that stands between the Decepticons and ultimate power is a clue held by young Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf). Unaware that he is mankind's last chance for survival, Sam and Bumblebee, his robot disguised as a car, are in a heart-pounding race against an enemy unlike anything anyone has seen before.

Came Back for More!
on January 12, 2008

Came back for another one as a gift. One to replace or accompany a 2006 Zune. Much easier to download and not dependent on proprietary software or subscriptions. 4 GB plenty of storage space. Simple playlist setup in Windows Media Audio (WMA) format. Syncs 20 songs in a minute! Very small and portable. 3.5 mm (1/8") connectivity to theater systems and car stereo music ports a breeze. Also connectivity via USB all devices. Transfer of music a snap to PS3 and my other stereo systems. Recommend A++, the sound will definately impress you! Durable metal stylish case a plus.
What's great about it: Produces accurate and pure sound. Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Video function for screen use on small screen not for me.

Better Appriciation of Natures Colors

Earth images really pop out at the viewer. The wildlife scenes are the best in my opinion. When the monkeys transcend over the sheer cliffs for better protection in unbelievably beautiful scenery. Recommend to all viewers. Lots of viewing time.
What's great about it: Videography pretty spectacular.
What's not so great: Long episodes hard to stay focused on at times.
