Won't stick to windshield.

I can't get this to stick to the windshield. Reading these reviews I wonder if I just got a bad one.
My Best Buy number: 761115111
What's great about it: Uh, nothing.
What's not so great: Cup won't stick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
