Many times online reviews are skewed by those who didn't buy the higher end product that would have satisfied their needs to make them happy in the first place, or they received lemon units. This is one of those reviews where a decent, cheaper product is so inundated with negative reviews. First, BestBuy has a no lemon policy, so there's no problem there, check it out. And by all means, as with any low grade cheaper product, buy the extended warranty... $79.99 for 3 years on this one. It covers everything and BestBuy will take care of you quickly. Don't mess around with the slow, one-year manufacturer's warranty where you'll be waiting around for weeks for them to dispatch service and/or parts. You get what you pay for, and in this case, what you pay for is just enough for my needs as a single guy with one roommate. Sure, if you're a family of 8, don't get this unit... of course, upgrade. But if you're in an apartment or in a smaller family, this is a cheap option that is a totally suitable alternative to the overpriced name brands. It's got a really big interior and I don't even use the high setting because the energy efficient medium, "automatic" dry setting does the job to dry in one run. And 13 months later, both the washer and dryer work just as well as they did on day one. By the way, this "Inglis" brand is manufactured by Whirlpool (there's a nearly identical unit sitting 2 models over in the store made by Whirlpool and with its name brand tag for $599)! I got both the Inglis washer and dryer in store for $499!! I say go for it... I'm glad that I did. More expensive isn't always better.
What's great about it: Easy to use, no complicated setting, great price
What's not so great: The other reviews are bad... so just get the extended warranty, duhh
Brace yourself for a new set of tricks, tracks and ways to race. The included Wii Wheel transforms your Wii Remote into a steering wheel that feels great in your hands, while the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controller supply a classic control style for veterans of this racing series. Either way, you'll be able to perform impressive speed-boosting tricks, such as jumps, flips and wheelies. You can zip through brand-new tracks and arenas, and also tour classic courses from Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mario Kart: Double Dash and Mario Kart DS. There are even options for trying all-new motorbikes that have their own special tricks and techniques. The action gets fast, furious and funny when you race in Mario Kart Wii.

I gave it 4 stars, yes. But giving 5 stars is rare for me. I greatly anticipated getting Mario Kart. Once I finally was able to get my hands on it I must say, I was not the least bit disappointed. By far the best (and only good one really) Wii racing game I've played yet. The Wheel makes it much more realistic and the graphics are amazing (especially solo) on my 42" LCD screen. Feels like you're going through those courses with every exciting twist, turn, bump or leap. Perfect for friends that are over who might not be familiar/skilled with the Wii because they can just take the wheel and go. The learning curve is only 5 minutes or so and then even the amateurs are racing like Wii pros. My only regret is that it did not take long to "beat" the game at all. But there are endless possibilities with the online play feature and never-ending one-on-one combat or racing. A must-have for your Wii collection.
What's great about it: Amazing graphics, great fun, Wii wheel is realistic
What's not so great: Easy to beat, got old/tired of it a bit too quickly
