This is the best MOH so far. not just a little but way better. I played through it a couple more times after beating it, even though i had two more new games to try. This one is really fun. Dont play it first if you want to play the other MOH games because they just dont stand up after playing this one. its just awesome.
What's great about it: Great Gameplay Excellent Graphics
What's not so great: Controls are a little backwards

Love This Game

Iloved this games from the first few seconds playing it. The controls are very natural and easy to get used to. The storyline instantly pulls you in and keeps you involved throughout. This is not a terribly difficult game, but more than makes up for it by keeping entertained for the duration. If you like a game that keeps you interested in the characters and takes place in an amazing world, try this one.
What's great about it: Great Story and Amazing World
What's not so great: Not really difficult

Not Good At All

From the opening screen this looks sounds and feels like a repackage of an early nineties NES game. The whole experience is very clunky and it just feels really outdated. Batting and pitching controls are very vague and clumsy and there just isnt very much individuality about any of the players. they look kind of like the real players but all behave pretty much the same. i dont think The Show is anywhere near as good as the EA game but i would still recommend it over this. it just doesnt feel like a finished product.

Learn more about MLB 07: The Show. (Flash demo) You step back into the batter's box and take a deep breath, clutching the bat in your sweaty hands. You're up to bat for the first time in the Big Leagues, and you're in a full count. The man glaring at you from the mound is someone whose baseball cards you used to trade; now, he's channeling his signature 98-mph fastball directly at you. The next pitch could determine whether you'll be taking a plane to Boston or riding a bus to Toledo. The pitcher winds up and launches one low and away. Will you belt it over the centerfield wall, or will you and your dreams go down swinging?MLB 07 steps up its game with the innovative Road to The Show career mode that lets you fast-forward and play from the player's perspective for every at-bat and defensive play as you rise through the ranks and into the Big Leagues. Adaptive Pitching Intelligence (API) allows you to shake off the catcher or to trust that the calls he makes are based on batter tendencies and your strengths as a pitcher. Online League Play lets you construct leagues with up to 30 teams, complete with stats tracking, point benefits and full customization.

aside from the great career mode, this game is a pale imitation of ea sports mlb. the designers obviously put a lot more focus on animation than smooth game play. baserunning is awful and confusing. even in manual modes, you have little control over slides and fielding. several times, ive been caught stealing as my player decides to jog the last few steps to the base to come in standing. also despite having an excellent baserunner, late breaks and slow running is very common. PITCHING is extremely frustrating because even if you hit the marks exactly, the ball still goes pretty much where the CPU feels like putting it. if you arent interested in career mode dont waste your money on this. ea's game is superior in every way.
What's great about it: road to the show
What's not so great: lack of control over players
