Originally, I had bought a Harmony 1100. It looked great but felt outdated compared to this one. I also didn't like that I had to use 2 hands to operate it and missed having a single handed remote. I read the reviews on this and saw that the touchscreen was way better than the 1100 (which was on sale from $400 to $250). I was amazed how much faster this thing was. I could scroll through many different items with the use of my thumb. I have to operate: JVC Projector. Onkyo receiver Emotiva amp. PS3 Samsung Blu ray Lutron light dimmer and this thing surprised me by having the ability to control - Darbeevision darblet ( Video processor). I'm still working on trying to operate all of the above efficiently as I have to swtich from amp/receiver control to lights ( which are dimmed down to near zero) and have to work in the dark a lot of times. The touchscreen is gentle on the eyes and not too bright when viewed in the dark. The keys light up well and help in controlling the receiver which I have to tweak with each movie so that the volume and subwoofer levels are just right. This remote has allowed me to put away 5 remotes and reduce the clutter on my sofa. The only real downside is that this still needs the adaptor for the ps3. Great remote. I am sure there will be more updates for the other remotes in the logitech series and this shows that they are on the right path with their new line of remotes.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Most of my gear is recognized by it.

I have purchsed 2 other panamex power conditioner/surge suppressors before and have been very satisfied with them- the first one I bought back in 2007 still is working well. I notice no flickering of the TV during lightning storms and having the equiment protected with this device gives me a peace of mind. I wanted to upgrade to a newer model to help support a projector, receiver, amplifier, 2 subs and 2 blu ray players as well as a video processor. The MR-5100 is one of the latest out by Panamex and has stage 4 filtration for cleaner power. In addtion, this does help with a slight improvement in picture and sound.
What's great about it: plenty of outlets. 3 seperate banks to isolate equipment.
What's not so great: The ability to turn off more of the banks.

I ordered the Director's Cut/Blu ray. After all the negative reviews, I was worried about my purchase thinking the movie was not going to be great. It was an excellent piece of Sci-Fi. The story was great. Even better was watching it on 120 inch 2.35:1 screen with JVC rs-10 projector and 7.1 channels of sound.

I am really enjoying this game. This was a reason to pick up the PS3. So far, the demos havent shown this system to be spectacular. I still prefer my xbox 360 elite since Halo 3 multiplayer is addictive. But this game makes me respect the PS3. I played Haze and what a disaster. Otherwise, with MGS4, this should be the start of some real next gen titles for the PS3. I am now looking forward to Gears of War 2 for my xbox and then Killzone 2 for my ps3. I am now system neutral. BTW I also have my wii which is a fun system.
What's great about it: Excellent graphics, Atmosphere is phenomenal, Great sound
I am planning on getting my husband An Xbox elite with live for Christmas. I know NOTHING about gaming and I don't know what type of TV would be best to play it on.
A HDTV such as an LCD would be best especially since you'll have a connection called HDMI which would carry both audio and hi-definition video.
