I live in Florida and my suction cup window mount system was constantly failing and I was worried about damage to GPS unit. This system TOTALLY eliminates this issue and puts the GPS viewing area at eye level; I find this to be less distracting. It is a little larger that the window mount, but it is extremely stable as a result.

What's not so great: Have not found a negative side.

Great Product by great company.

Not my first product purchased from from this company. Though not the least expensive product of this type, I still find a relationship between cost and quality. Cutting corners when you are depending on a mount to reliably suspend your $1,200.00+ investment does not make a lot of sense.
What's great about it: Quality of construction.
What's not so great: A little pricey.
I would recommend this to a friend!
