This is a very good movie you can watch with family and friends. If you haven't seen it in a while you will be on the edge of your seat with anticipation. The movie is also funny with actors like Bruce Willis and Chris Tucker. The surround sound and video are also something you should find enjoyable given its Blu-ray quality. I would recommend this movie to anyone.
What's great about it: Blu-ray Video, Blu-ray sound

In the year 2035, technology and robots are a trusted part of everyday life. But that trust is broken when a scientist is found dead and a skeptical detective (Smith) believes that a robot is responsible.

Once again Will Smith has done it again. I Robot is a good movie to watch with family and friends. This is a futuristic movie about robots who eventually try to take over and control humanity. Most people have more than likely already seen this movie before like myself but watching it on Blu-ray is like watching it again for the first time. I love to watch movies in surround sound on my plasma. This is a great movie to provide enjoyment of your surround sound system and hi def television. If you don't have a surround sound system but have a hi def television I would suggest you get one. You are missing out on the two main features of Blu-ray, the sound and video. Both are exceptional in this movie and prove to be very satisfying. I would recommend this movie to everyone.
What's great about it: Blu-ray sound and video, just a good movie

I loved this movie. It was a bit different from your typical action flick but different is good too sometimes. The movie is centered around Jason Statham trying to find an antedote for a poison he was given at the same time take revenge against the person who gives him the poison. The poison works by adrenelin. The less adrenelin you have the more the poison works the faster he dies so he has to keep moving to keep his adrenelin up the whole movie in order to stay alive.
I'm a audiophile so I love watching movies with great surround sound so that I can listen to all my speakers work. Can't really get that with dramas, too much talking. The surround sound format is Dolby Digital and it sounds great. The Blu-ray video is als great. The video combined with audio and action makes this a great movie. I would recommend this movie to anyone.
What's great about it: Non-stop action, Funny Blu-ray video, Surround Sound
What's not so great: Ending

This is a great action movie to watch. I enjoyed the movie and all the action. Once again Jason Statham plays an ex-millitary guy who transport things without asking questions. But this time he is doing a favor for a friend and gets caught up in a plot to destroy the family he is working for. He doesn't break his rules this time which was the basis for the first Transporter. The Blu-ray has very good video and the surround sound is very good as it is in the DTS format. If you are an audiophile and love your audio/video equipment this is a good movie to enjoy with it. I would recommend this movie to anyone.
What's great about it: Blu-ray video, Action
What's not so great: Didn't have as much as a comical sense about the movie like the first Transporter

This is the very first Jason Statham movie I ever saw. He is a good actor for action movies. He does a decent job acting also. I liked The Transporter because of his smooth demeanor and life of rules to live by. He tries not to break his rules but sometimes his heart want let him abide by them. The movie is full of action and if you love to watch movies in surround sound like I do then this is a great movie to watch for that reason too. The Blu-ray sound format format for this movie is DTS and sounds great. The video is also great. This is a movie any action junky would enjoy. I would recommend this movie to anyone.
What's great about it: Nice Surround Sound, Lots of comical action, Blu-ray video
What's not so great: Some of the actors could have been better

This movie is hot. I loved this movie but the first movie was a little better to me than this one. I have seen the movie plenty of times before, but watching it in Blu-ray is like a new experience. I have a Klipsch surround sound system with a Yamaha receiver and this sounds great being played on my PS3 with Blu-ray player. I love watching movies in surround sound and this is definitely a great movie to watch for that purpose. The video is also steller too. The storyline is very informative as the producers do good job of connecting all the dots from the first movie. This combination of great video, surround sound, and storyline are good reasons for me to recommend this movie to anyone.
What's great about it: Blu-Ray video, Great continuing storyline, Surround Sound
What's not so great: This is still a good movie but it wasn't better than the first.

This is an action packed movie with superb surround sound and stunning Blu-ray video. If you have a surround sound system like I do you will enjoy this movie with the razor sharp video of Blu-ray. The surround sound is great because it makes it seem as though you are in the movie yourself. The storyline is very good also and does a good job of leading into the second movie. I would recommend this movie to anyone who loves to watch movies with good sounds, video, and storyline.
What's great about it: Video, Surround Sound
What's not so great: None

This is an awsome action movie to watch in surround sound. I have a yamaha reciever with klipsch speakers and this movie brings them to life as the movie plays in the DTS format. The surround sound makes it seem as though your in the movie with bullets flying and explosions going off all around you. There is also a lot of raining scenes since the movie takes place in the jungle. The sound of the rain is all around you also. The storyline of the movie is o.k. but the action is the most dominant feature of the movie. I have watched this movie both as a DVD and now Blu-ray. I consider the blu-ray version to be the better format even though I have an upconverting DVD player that is suppose to upconvert the DVD to the level of Blu-ray. The action scenes are very gory since there is both a .50 caliber rifle and machine gun used in the movie. Both of these guns are very devestating to a human body in reality which the movie depicts it being. There are body part flying everywhere when the .50 caliber machine gun is used. All in all this is an awsome movie. I would recommend the Blu-ray version of Rambo to anyone and if you don't have Blu-ray then you should watch the DVD version.
What's great about it: Very good surround sound, Good selection for an action movie
What's not so great: Lacks action for extended periods part of the movie. Seems to be a little short

This is a great movie. I loved watching all the Indiana Jones movies as a kid. This movie has adventure, humor, and lots of action. There is even romance in the movie for the women. Harrison Ford is also a terrific actor and does well acting in this movie as a treasrure hunter. Even though the movie is an older movie if you haven't watched it in years like myself it is like you are watching it for the first time. It will keep you guessing whats going to happen next. This is a great movie to watch with your kids of appropriate age. Also, if you have any kind of surround sound equipment, dolby digital adds more enjoyment in watching this movie. It has very good surround sound for its age. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes action and adventure.
What's great about it: Lots of action, funny, a movie the family can enjoy, dolby digital surround sound
What's not so great: None

This was a great movie to watch, especially if you have surround sound. There are a lot of quiet scene witch set the tone for someone jumping at the sudden sound of something jumping out at you in the movie giving you a scare. This is amplified even more the bigger or louder your speakers are. The storyline is good too if you haven't seen it already. There is also an alternate ending that is different from when I saw it at the movie theater. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes sci-fi/horror movie.
What's great about it: Good surround sound and video, Alternate ending
What's not so great: Lots of quiet drama like scenes
