This is the best Blu-ray I own. The features are packed to the brim. 4 commentary tracks, deleted scenes including alternate endings, trivia tracks, and of course - the feature itself, which was the most surprisingly excellent movie I've seen in a long time. Edgar Wright has done it again - and I think this is his masterpiece. I don't want to spoil the plot, but needless to say it's fast and fun, and the action and choreography is incredible and stylized. This movie was so good that I bought all the books immediately following, played the game and downloaded all three soundtracks. The music is fantastic (Scott's band plays original music written by Beck), and the music plays a great role in the plot - it's not just shoved in there like most movies. The acting is amazing, and the quick cuts and witty editing will have you laughing it's so good. The dialogue is incredible - the fast-paced plot is easy to follow (surprisingly) and the style is unique and great. Lots of great stuff about this movie - definitely the best graphic novel adaptation and as someone who buys a LOT of Blu-rays, I can say it's easily the best Blu-ray release of 2010.
What's great about it: Extra features, great film, amazing sound
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you're buying Blu-ray, Pixar movies are simply the best. Between Wall-E, Cars, Monsters, Inc., A Bug's Life, and Ratatouille, I don't think any other studio comes even close to offering you a clearer picture and better sound. This movie is very touching, and you will enjoy the adventure they take you on for 96 minutes.
The characters are endearing and charming. Even though the main character is a somewhat bitter old man, they make it clear that even at an old age, one can manage to grow.
Pixar always manages to make a film that appeals to adults and kids...and that's VERY difficult. We've asked several children what they remember about the movie. Many of them remember the little things like the dog, Doug, yelling "Squirrel!" and little jokes here and there. You may find the subtle things to be where the movie succeeds. I for one love the handprint on the mailbox, and the wonderful continuity of the grape soda pin.
Also, not to give anything away, but the "married life" montage at the beginning of the movie may be the best 4 minutes you will ever see in any animated film ever. It is emotional, powerful, and brilliantly put together. And actually, upon second viewing, it hit me even harder.
I can't recommend this film enough - it's a blast from start to finish.
What's great about it: Picture quality, sound mix, story
What's not so great: Probably didn't need to be 4 discs? Who cares? It's great.

This is already one of my favorite Blu-rays, as the picture is incredible. I got this with Up today, and as I haven't watched Up yet, I can't say this for certain - but of the 100+ Blu-rays I already own - this is by far one of the best looking/sounding ones.
For those of you who haven't seen it, this movie is fun, fantastic, and very moving. The acting is terrific, and the plot successfully draws you in. After calibrating my TV a little again using the THX Optimizer included with any Pixar Blu-ray, the picture was amazing.
Seriously - buy this movie. As Professor Frink of the Simpson's says, "the colors, children! Look at the colors!"
What's great about it: Wonderful movie, features and sound and picture quality
