Hours of fun from a small mouse's perspective
on May 13, 2008

This game is very fun. One of the best video games I own. In this game, as Remmy, you have to doge the humans along with larger animals that get in the way of your task. A small mouse, in a big kitchen, with high hopes on a Large mission.
What's great about it: SO FUN!
What's not so great: It can be complicated

SynopsisIn The Sims 2, players create and control digital characters, and then guide them throughout every aspect of their lives, ranging from the outcomes of their relationships to the fulfillment of their destinies. Now, the addition of tailor-made pets to the Sims family is sure to enrich the daily scenarios you make up as you play along. In the world of Sims, you really can teach an old pet new tricks.Choose from various dog and cat breeds, or customize their appearance to create your own one-of-a-kind breed. Unique to the Nintendo DS version, you can design a pet care center for your Sim to work in. There, he can greet the pet owners of Barkersville, and heal, bathe, play with and teach tricks to their precious pooches and feisty felines. As your Sim gets better at caring for pets, they can unlock special items, so make sure patients are treated well. Like real animals, Sims' pets require a lot of TLC. A neglected cat may claw at your Sim's couch if you're not careful, and leaving the dog to his own devices could mean disaster. Yet, it's the unexpected excitement that makes these pets so irresistible. Connect to other players' DS to trade items in your Sim's inventory, including your favorite pets, objects and Simoleans.

This game is very fun, and especially for pet lovers. On this game you can be a vet for animals who need close attention, or just some cheering up. Sometimes it can get confusing, especially when it comes time for shopping for pet supply, but overall, I really enjoy this game.

FAVORITE CD of all time

This is the perfect CD for soft rock lovers. Modest Mouse is a great band. Listening to their songs uplifts listeners and gives courage to people all over the world. Although all the songs on the CD are great, the best two are Float On and The World At Large. I am confident that you will like this CD as much as I do.
What's great about it: Great songs, Great voices, Great Bass

There was a magical time in music known as the 1980s. It was an era when big hair, tight clothes, new attitudes and killer tracks set the world on fire. Now you have the chance to revisit these legendary days and become an 80's rock superstar just like the greats of the past. Your spandex is tight, your hair is sprayed right ~ rip off killer licks and jam with all of your might.Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s is loaded with amazing songs from the 1980s that appeal to head-bangers, new-wave rockers and anyone else who loves those wild tunes. Play as your favorite Guitar Hero characters and dress them in outrageous outfits of the past. The co-op multiplayer capabilities allow two players to jam together, with one person on lead and the other on rhythm guitar. If you need to master a particular song or phrase, turn to the Practice mode and even slow down a difficult section until you learn it perfectly. Are you really an 80's bad boy ~ or bad girl ~ at heart? Then it's time to hit the stage and take your place in the pantheon of rock legends.

Not as fun as it looks
on April 23, 2008

My cousin and I have played this game after I bought it, and it isn't as great as you might think it is. The graphics are terrible. The babies are weird looking. I gave it to my cousin and it's kind of fun, but for this game I want more realistic looking babies.
What's great about it: Sorta fun
What's not so great: Terrible graphics

Fairly good binoculars
on April 20, 2008
Posted by: EmJim
My mom got this for mothers day a while back. It works well, but the pictures aren't very good, but really, what are we supposed to expect. It is neat to have them though to focus on seals at the beach, birds in the tree, or wildlife. To capture the moment with binoculars is fun.
What's great about it: Takes pictures and has good zoom focus
What's not so great: Not the best picture quality

Dean Jones and Suzanne Pleshette star in this Walt Disney family comedy as Mark and Fran Garrison, a dog-loving couple with different tastes in canines. When their dachshund gives birth to puppies, kindly veterinarian Dr. Pruitt (Charlie Ruggles) convinces Mark to take a Great Dane puppy home with him. The Great Dane, named Brutus, grows up with the tiny pups convinced that he's also a dachshund. Brutus's confused identity sets the stage for a number of mildly comic bits -- he chases policemen up trees, destroys Mark's studio, and ruins a garden party. Fran finally tells Mark that Brutus has to go, but changes her tune when Brutus saves Fran's favorite dachshund puppy, Chloe, from a scrap heap. When Fran announces that she is entering Chloe in a dog show, Mark secretly enters Brutus in the same contest in an effort to convince Brutus to think like a Great Dane.

Chloe, Brutis, and the gang!

This is a wonderful Disney film! This movie can easily be loved by families, especially if they are dog lovers like myself. This movie consists of 4 dacshunds belonging to Fran Garrison, and one great dane belonging to her husband, Mark Garrison. The movie focuses on the twists and turns of having 4 small dogs, and one giant dog. I have loved this movie since I was a little girl, and I'm certain that any dog lover will love it too!
What's great about it: Great Family movie!
