Stanley Kubrick's Vietnam war opus Full Metal Jacket is available as part of the Stanley Kubrick collection from Warner Bros. Featuring a digital master from restored elements and a soundtrack newly remastered in Dolby Digitial 5.1, this title looks and sounds great. The only qualm, and it is a rather major one, is the format of the film itself. It is unfortunately presented in full screen, not the original widescreen format many DVD lovers have become accustomed to. As for bonus materials, the title is on the skimpy side, offering only the original theatrical trailer, scene access, and language choices in English and French. Subtitles are also available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

really not much to say. Its not bad and its not awesome. the online gameplay is fun andeasy. But single player has multiple things to do but none of them are exciting
What's great about it: typical baseball. just straight ball. good create-a-player. online
What's not so great: again...typical.

Fun game to just cause chaos and takeover but the graphics arent what you would hope or want. Lots of things to do, destroy, takeover, fight, steal, collect, customize, upgrade and enjoy. BUT then again the graphics take away from it, and the game is quite easy to beat.
What's great about it: A cool fun little game for takeover and destruction lovers
What's not so great: Graphics are ps2 look alikes very sad indeed. Not challenging as I expected

A definite buy. Different from the old Factions better graphics, cool guns not as good as Faction 2, and straight up war. Not one of those games where you get hooked for 4 or 5 hours but a couple good matches is fun enough.
What's great about it: Lots of fun, cool guns, creative power-ups n defenses. Multiplayer Choas!
What's not so great: Storyline is boring and dry in single player. Not addicting like some games

Creative but difficult to control
on September 22, 2009
Posted by: JaeQ
from New Jersey
CHALLENGE- yea its difficult to develop strategies to fight and surround your enemies and its fun and interesting but the players point of view range is horrible. With out it your lost on placing your troops in the spot YOU WANT them in, very time consuming.
STORYLINE- typical storyline, theres an evil take over and the planet needs a saviour. Not a problem, but wheres the twist? hmmm.
GRAPHICS- now this is pretty cool. Awesome graphics from the start of the game till watching the fighting going on. Its like watching star wars but in doomy modern warfare look.
FUN- this game had plenty of potential to be better but trying to control a massive of amounts of units is just plain hard. Try moving this unit, then that unit, then another, and 6 more, even with that cool new flash switch is still difficult. And it would be awesome if you could get a up close look of the shooting or even being in 3rd person while still commanding. Being apart of the fight and shooting would make the fun a 2 to a 5.
ITS A DISSAPPOINT on how well they try to save time on moving units faster and missed out on a little more obvious points. Like actually being in the fight and shooting yourself while still commanding. And points of view
Keep trying SEGA
What's great about it: Creative indeed, a bit different from End War. Graphics pretty cool. Cheap $
What's not so great: Typical storyline 1evil vs Earths last hope. Controls seem easy n creative but difficult. View range is horrible

Its realistic movement, insane fighting moves. Can get challenging at times. Great game and get wait to get the next one. Only issue is you might get a little loss on where to go next in the game.
What's great about it: Manuverability is great. Fighting is great. Difficult
What's not so great: Can get easily lost in the story.

PS2 NBA Lives were 5x better then all of PS3 ones...you would think they would look to improve... all this team DNA and "does your team have chemistry" does not fool me one bit. Its awful...the graphics make me sick for 60 bucks, the commentating is the same...yea it might be cut and dry basketball which is fine but the game is boring. We want something that makes us want to play the game...its literally is boring. The controls suck, the dunking sucks, shots that should be dunks always seem to be lay-up... the square button is pretty much useless. O the freaking customizing is ridiculous, I feel like Im customizing on a low budget laptop...Graphics AWFUL, and the loading is SLOWER THEN AN OLD BLIND LADY WITH OUT HER WALKING STICK. Come on give me a break...last NBA LIVE ILL BY.
