This blend of teen comedy and vampire horror remains popular thanks to a willful placing of style over substance in making the vampires more cool than actually scary. Warner's DVD edition is pretty basic, but does at least emphasize director Joel Schumacher's visual flamboyance. The stylized lighting and shiny sets and costumes benefit from a seamless anamorphic widescreen transfer, and the Dolby Digital 5.1 audio track ensures the brooding '80s soundtrack is crisp and clear. The extra features are slick but limited, consisting of the original theatrical trailer and some mildly interesting production notes. Thoughts from Schumacher or his teen heartthrob stars might have been welcome, but since the film plays like an extended MTV video, perhaps there is little insight or background to be discussed. Though this disc is nothing special, the feature itself is certainly improved by DVD technology, making it an interesting edition for '80s nostalgists.

This was a vampire hit from the 80's perfect for teens who are into twilight! Before Bella and Edward (Twilight) there was Michael and Star...An exciting yet cheesy movie about vampires who terrorize a community in California...memorable tunes and one liners. This is one to pick up for the collections also try Fright Night if your into cheesy vampires!!

This game is terrific. If your wondering what to get your kids for Christmas (and your thinking about getting this) I highly recommend it. It is fun to play, not very difficult on the easy setting. (my 8 year old niece can play it) and very challenging on the other settings. Good variety of songs and Graphics are great. You can all gather around and watch the kiddos play and even give it a try. Fun to be had by all!!
What's great about it: loads of fun
What's not so great: get bored after you master it

This movie was lacking. Story,eh..it was OK at best. The characters were not as developed as they should have been and I thought the movie in general could have been better. All in all I didn't fall asleep, but I really didn't enjoy it. My daughter and wife really loved it though.
What's great about it: something you can watch w/ your teens

This is a great album, I have been listening to Incubus for some time now. I really think their music has matured. This album has a little bit of the familiar you would expect from Incubus, but a whole lot of new. Great art work!!

This is a great collection of their music. If you are new to this type of music or want to check this band out this would be a great way to get started.
