Definitive version of Ninja Gaiden
on October 11, 2007

If you are a fan of the Ninja Gaiden series and own a PS3 stop reading right now and go buy Ninja Gaiden Sigma.
If not, the game is still an excellent purchase. The game plays at a silky smooth 60 FPS even at 1080p. The gameplay is some of the best that currently exists for an action game. Length will probably run between 10-15 hours on your first play through.
My final piece of advice: the block button is your friend.
What's great about it: Silky smooth frame rate, awesome graphics, best ninja game available
What's not so great: Not a lot of new content that Ninja Gaiden Black doesn't already have
I would recommend this to a friend!

Currently Best Graphics on PS3
on October 10, 2007

If you're looking for a title to showcase what the PlayStation 3 is capable of, then look no further. The graphics alone in this game are worth the price of admission. One of the first titles that I can safely say could not have been made for the Xbox 360. The acting as well is the best I have seen in a video game (thanks to its dramatic director, Andy Serkis). I wish the game would be a bit longer as it gets really good towards the ends and leaves me wanting for more. It would also be better if the player had a bit more variety of attack moves to perform.
What's great about it: Outstanding graphics, story, and voice work.
What's not so great: Fairly short, not much variety with attacks.

Learn more about Bioshock - Xbox 360. (Flash demo) SynopsisImagine flying high above the arctic seas, anxiously awaiting your descent to dry land. Without warning, the plane plummets to the cold and unforgiving water at unimaginable speed. Once the aircraft makes contact, you realize that falling from the skies is only the beginning of this nightmare. Wrenched into Rapture, a doomed city beneath the sea, you come across a rusted bathysphere. You learn that this once idealistic society, the brainchild of a hopeful group of scientists, artists and industrialists, now has corpses littering the city limits.Going beyond run-and-gun corridors BioShock presents a unique and unpredictable first-person shooter experience in real time. In order to survive an onslaught of assailants, you must take control of your world by hacking mechanical devices, capturing security towers and crafting items to protect yourself. Upgrade your weapons and genetically modify your body to evade the grotesque ghouls who are after you. Make meaningful choices and mature decisions to ultimately answer the question: Should you exploit the innocent survivors of Rapture or save them?

Best FPS on the 360. Period.

Truly the best story for a FPS that is out on the market. The plasmid system along with standard weapons makes for some extremely varied gameplay. The setting for BioShock (a city called Rapture far beneath the sea) is unique in this day and age when most FPS are either in WWII or the future. Not recommended for anyone under 18 however due to language and violence.
What's great about it: Amazing story, graphics, and gameplay.
What's not so great: Not enough enemy variety.
