Cruefest 1 rocks!!!

Motley Cue puts on an awesome live show. They brought a lot of talented bands with them for the tour. Did not see the Cruefest part of the tour , but did see the Saints of Los Angeles '08 winter tour in MN with all the same bands. Hope they record every Cruefest for dvd , since every tour will be with different bands. I bought the dvd the day it came out, and love it!!! I have been a fan from the begining and will always be a fan!!!
What's great about it: EVERYTHING begining to end!!!
What's not so great: No negatives!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Classic heavy sound , with modern feel.

Dio is an amazing singer, he fits in perfectly with the band. I like the HH name for the band. After all they are different than the original line-up. They all work well together to come up with a great album. It does sound similar to past albums with Dio. I saw the last tour for the greatest hits album, hopefully they tour my way again. Their recorded music is great, live is even better!
What's great about it: Iommi, Dio, Appice, Butler make great music together.
What's not so great: There are no negatives
I would recommend this to a friend!

Classic line-up

I saw this show live in MN and still had to have the dvd. Dio with Iommi, Butler and Appice in 2007, just as good as ever. All their classics plus new music. Extras are a nice feature, but the live concert is the main reason to buy this. Amazing versions of Mob Rules, Children of the Sea, Heaven and He**, Neon Knights, and full version of The Sign of the Southern Cross. It's awsome that they recorded this , I hope to see them live again, but if not , this is amazingly close to the real thing!
What's great about it: Excellent camera angles, lots of energy from band
What's not so great: none
I would recommend this to a friend!
