Whether you are an anime fan or a Batman fan, or both, as I am, you will be left dissapointed. I guess Gotham Knight is supposed to be the Japanese "interpretation" of Batman. Nothing wrong with that, except I think they missed out on what makes Batman such as awesome character. There was no character development, and suprisingly, very little action. In the series of short stories, Batman is portrayed as a demon, a detective, a vigilante, but there was no cohesiveness. It would have been much better if it were written by American writers, and stuck with a traditional movie format instead of the short stories. As for the art, it was better than the boxy animated series seen on television, but Bruce Wayne looked like a kid, while Batman didn't look like the cool traditional Batman we are used to. Furthermore, you never see any of the great Batman villians, except the Scarecrow for maybe 2 minutes. Overall, I was extremely dissapointed with this "film." I think I may have sworn off WB Comic-based animated movies.
What's great about it: Better than Superman Doomsday
What's not so great: Barely better than Superman Doomsday

I thought this documetary was great when I first watched it on TV, but its absolutely stunning seeing it on High Def Blue Ray. There are a few scenes that will simply take your breath away and you will find yourself asking, "how in the world did they get this footage?" My jaw dropped and if it weren't a documentary, I'd think it was special affects when they captured the scene of seals swimming in the ocean (I don't to spoil it so i'll leave it at that). The makers claimed it took them 10 years in the making, and I believe them.
The only bad part is every episode ends with a little lecture on Global Warming, which is a bit annoying. Can't a person just enjoy a film without it getting political?
What's great about it: Terrific HD experience, probably the best nature film produced
What's not so great: Every episode ends with a global warming lecture

If you own a Xbox 360, this game is a must-have. Usually for First Person Shooters, PC is the way to go with a mouse and keyboard, but the makers of Gears of War made the game very easy to control even for a regular game controller. You can point, aim, shoot, run, duck and cover, roll, strafe, and jump around obstacles all with ease.
Normally, with First Person Shooters, especially when there is a lag in frames, I tend to get dizzy and woozy. But the graphics for this game is simply amazing, and I adjusted to it real fast.
I always think video games are better when you can play with others, and this game is awesome for that. The campaign itself is very cool, but battling through the game with a buddy makes it way more fun. There is a feature in the game, where you can even play as teams versus other people online. Either way, you can't lose with this game.
The only bad part about the game, is that after you complete the game, it seems a bit short. There should be one or two, possibly, even three more stages.
Overall, this game is definitely bound to be a classic.
What's great about it: Awesome Gameplay, Graphics, Sound, Fun Factor

I thought last year's Madden was a big dissapointment compared to '06. I thought '06 was really fun to play while '07, in an attempt to be too realistic, made the game unnecessarily complicated. Luckily, EA brought the fun back for Madden '08. The wierd part is that I got the PS3 version as a gift and I played both versions, and lo and behold, the 360 is better. For some reason, the PS3 version is not 1080p compatible, so the Xbox version looks better! The only thing I don't like about Madden '08 is the kick/punt feature which is like the '07 game. I totally hated that they changed the punt/kick feature from '06 which I think is far superior.
