Nice expansion pack

Ok, if you played the the original DAO you will really like Awakening, I have able to import my previous characters and I'm even trying my hand at starting a new one, if you have a choice, IMPORT, the new character only starts a level 18 and all of the specializations start at level 20. For an expansion pack this is quite long, about 15 hours give or take, I would also say that this is more difficult than the original game no matter what level you plan at. The new party members are interesting, but I don't want to spoil it by saying too much. There are a few returning characters from the original, not all are playable though, I won't spoil it by saying any more than that. Even though you are only in Amaranthine for this expansion there is still plenty to do! The graphics are the same as the original, so they still need a bit of work, but overall a very good expansion/game. Oh by the way, the new specializations are very cool especially for the warrior and the mage, some new archer abilites are also quite useful too, especially Accuracy! Overall a 4.6 out 5, I just wish it was longer...can't wait for DAO2!
What's great about it: Storyline, ability to import characters
What's not so great: Graphics still need to improve a bit
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Game

I have had this game since it came out last year and I can say this is the first RPG I have really enjoyed on the 360, There is so much focus on the FPS games that I thought it was a lost art. The story was great and quite diverese, the ability to play 6 different opening stories/people was very cool, I loved the way that decisions you make in the game can effect the game, I have played all of the Final Fantasy games and this game was alot more mature, and alot darker, you can tell it was really made for a more mature player, it's nice to see, it's almost like going to the movies, everything is PG-13 where this would have been rated R. The only thing that I would say bad about the game was the graphics could use a bit of work, but the gameplay, and real time battle system were great, nothing turn based which was nice, also the ability to play at different difficulty levels was nice, I was able to start off easy and work my way up. If you like RPG's this is really worth it, the downloadable content adds another 5-10 hours of gameplay and is worth the MS points in my eyes as well, overall a 4.9 out of 5!
What's great about it: Great storyline, good length, Great re-playability
What's not so great: Graphics could use a little work
I would recommend this to a friend!
