Wait for the next release!

I purchased T2 on Blu-ray expecting to be absolutely blown away by the picture quality. Needless to say, I wasn't! The picture is grainy and hardly better than an up-converted SD DVD! I am very disappointed that the studio who transferred this movie to Blu-ray didn't do a better job! This is one of the all-time GREAT action/sci-fi movies--they could have done SO much more with this!
What's great about it: Price
What's not so great: POOR transfer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
