Cardio Yoga

I really like this yoga workout. Its more like cardio yoga, there is almost constant moving and not a lot of holding. Since I started this I have gotten much more flexible and feel a lot better overall. Id reccomend this DVD for someone who is looking for a fun, yoga-based workout!
What's great about it: Good workout
What's not so great: She talks TOO much!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, easy workout!

This is one of my favorite workouts to do!! The workout is easy to follow and gets you working right off the bat! Great toning and keeps you interested as you move. There is also a choice of music, which is nice. Totally worth it!
What's great about it: Easy to follow, GREAT workout!
What's not so great: Wish it was longer!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good cardio workout!

Ive done a lot of fitness videos, including dance ones, and this one was by far the hardest to follow. The first time I did it I was lost some of the time because they move so fast without really explaining or showing you what they are doing. After doing it a few times it got easier, but I wish there was a little more how-to! But overall it was a fun workout and provided great cardio!
What's great about it: Great cardio workout, gets your heartrate up quickly!
What's not so great: Hard to follow!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Different but the same

I didnt like this album as much as the last, but its still enjoyable and the same Good Charlotte!

Amazing!

He has one of the most beauitiful voices and I love this album! He sings traditional Christmas songs and puts an up to date twist on some favorites. His duets are wonderful and the choirs used on this album give me chills. Worth every penny!!!!
What's great about it: Great duets!
