I love this gps, when it works. Unfortunately it hardly ever works. It seems to lock up most when I'm out of town. It can stay locked up for a week. There is no customer service or support. It is useless. I have a free update which I can't use because it does't work. Why wouldn't they have a hard reset button.
I have only owned Garmin brand gps systems. I am look for a new gps and I will look at other products first.

What's not so great: Always locks up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
