Halloween: Resurrection is presented beautifully in super-clear 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen with crystal-clear English 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround that makes the great soundtrack pop. Also included are French 5.1 Surround, English captions and subtitles, and Spanish subtitles. Buena Vista jammed the disc with hoards of goodies that promise to keep viewers entertained for hours. Nothing too earth-shattering is present, but plenty of "film fluff" to satisfy the cinema sweet tooth. To start, there are nearly ten minutes of deleted scenes and three alternate endings presented in 2.35:1 non-anamorphic widescreen with optional commentary. Three schmaltzy featurettes and a stills gallery are provided. The "WebCam Special," a 40-minute film sequence of the Myers house, is a must-see. Lastly, there's a rather dull screen-specific audio commentary with director Rick Rosenthal and editor Robert Ferretti.

I dispise this movie with a passion the studio behind this lied to everyone and said they wanted to give the Franchise a new face well they sure did when they hired Rob Zombie!! Avoid this movie at all cost and don't be fooled like the rest of us were!!!
What's great about it: The movie will be forgotten in 30 years
What's not so great: It ruined Halloween - H20's ending
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sixth film in the horror series, Children of the Corn 666: Isaac's Return comes to DVD with a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. There are no subtitles, but the soundtrack is closed-captioned. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence, making it difficult to recommend this Disney/Buena Vista title to anyone other than a fan of the series.

Horror at it's best.

Well this film was pretty good it had a few good kills but those only came near the end of the film. The acting is pretty decent for a film like this. The way they ended this one makes you think how it's possible for a seventh!! They must think Horror Fans are stupid or something! All in all a pretty good splatter film but it's no Dead Alive. Perfect way to end a series.
What's great about it: Good picture and sound.
What's not so great: The film wasn't enhanced for 16 x 9.
I would recommend this to a friend!
