Have to admit, I didn't install this, but did watch the technicians do the job. Very easy install and the kit give you everything you need to make the connections fit just right. My only concern, and it may be minor, will be pulling the machine out to clean behind it. Not sure how much flex we have to do this, since I didn't install it myself. Here's hoping they gave me enough to maneuver it out off the wall.

Really not much to say. These hoses look good and are flexible enough to move around. Easy hook-up and would expect them to last much longer than the rubber hoses that typically come with the machines. Definitely something to get if you have ever had one of the rubber hoses break (which we have) to give you a little peace of mind.

We've this unit installed for about 3 weeks now and it's very quiet and is loaded with features (many of which I had no idea existed with a dryer) to get those wrinkles out or adjusting times for mixed loads. The steam feature is really nice when you need to touch something up really quick in the morning. And the machine itself looks nice and plays a little music when done...just to calm you down after seeing all the dry laundry that needs to be folded and put away!

Love the looks and features of this new machine. However, after one week and only 3 loads of laundry, the water pump failed. We called the store and they quickly had a technician come out to diagnose the problem. Apparently, we had a bad pump (he said it happens). The machine was a week old and obviously, we were concerned. Then the technician said they don't have the part in stock and would have to order it. So now we're looking at close to 2 weeks without a machine. So we call the store again and after a bit of discussing, they agreed to replace the machine. We just had the new one installed, so we need to wait and see what happens. Otherwise, the machine is really quiet, has all the features we need and then some. It's definitely more water efficient versus our old set. And Best Buy was great in making sure we were pleased and did what they needed to do to make the situation right.

For the price and the features available we feel like we received a great product. Extremely quiet so far and dishes are coming out nice and clean. Drawers feel a little clumsy at times, but once loaded, they work fine. Would like it to dry the dishes a little better. Installation was fairly straight forward with no major issues.
What's great about it: Quiet at a great price!
What's not so great: Lacks somewhat in drying the dishes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
