Terrific Trimmer

Design:
Simply put, the Philips OneBlade Pro is an innovative trimmer, and it all starts with the design. Its sleek and straightforward look is appealing to see on my bathroom countertop, and minimal space is taken up. Although it is larger than a razor, the OneBlade is significantly smaller than any other trimmer I have owned. In addition, the included dock is nice to have so that the trimmer can be propped up in a designated spot instead of laying down somewhere, which would take up more space. When you open the box and get your hands on the OneBlade Pro, you will notice that it feels like a premium device due to its durable build and simple (yet elegant) silver with black and green color scheme. The blades themselves also seem durable. Finally, the battery indicator screen is a nice additional feature, which helps you keep track of how much battery is left.

Performance:
The Philips OneBlade Pro performs exceptionally well. I use it about every other day to trim up stubble, and I am impressed with its ability to provide a smooth shave every time. I have not had any complaints about battery life because one charge can last up to 90 minutes, and I usually have it on the dock charging after each use anyway. The OneBlade is like a hybrid between an electric trimmer and a razor, and it utilizes the best features of both, convenience and performance. No other electric trimmer that I have used has been able to provide a razor-like shave as close and smooth as the OneBlade Pro. As for the convenience, it is very easy to use and versatile, which I elaborate on below.

The blades are dual-sided, so you can shave in either direction and not have to worry about cutting yourself. Beautifully Designed and Powerful

The Lenovo Yoga 920 is a very elegant laptop, and the attention to detail is astounding. Even the hinge, which reminds me of a watchband, looks purposefully designed to complement the elegant, sophisticated look. Its super sleek design and aluminum finish is not necessarily unique to the market, but Lenovo has done an amazing job with the Yoga 920, perfecting the previous model’s already great design. Aside from the overall appearance, a few of my favorite design aspects are the keyboard, trackpad, tablet mode, and the display. With a spacious layout and well-sized keys, the keyboard feels natural and is easy to type on without accidentally hitting other keys. Similarly, the trackpad is easy to use because it provides plenty of space for scrolling and moving the cursor. Flipping the screen over seamlessly changes the laptop to tablet mode, which deactivates the keyboard below so that, if keys are pressed, they do not type anything. As for the display, it is simply beautiful and spans almost entirely edge to edge. I could go on and on about the design because there is much I have not even mentioned (thunderbolt ports, speakers, webcam, etc.), but in the interest of time, I will conclude this section by saying that there is honestly nothing I do not like about the design of the Yoga 920.

As briefly mentioned earlier, it is easy to convert the laptop into tablet mode. While in tablet mode, I almost forget that I am holding a laptop because it is so thin and lightweight. If you are a movie watcher, you will love the high-resolution display and Dolby Atmos sound capability. Although the external speakers are great for a laptop, to experience Dolby Atmos 360-degree sound, you will need to use headphones, but it is worth it. Finally, I have quickly realized how much I appreciate the added convenience and security that a fingerprint sensor provides. It is secure and significantly speeds up the log in process because you do not need to type a password.

Pour wine without removing the cork by using the Coravin Model Two wine system. The durable needle pierces the cork so you can pour, and then the cork reseals when the needle is removed to preserve the remaining wine. This Coravin Model Two wine system comes with two capsules that let you pour up to 30 glasses of wine.

The Coravin Model Two Wine System is a beautifully built device. Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed the premium look and feel. It is not only appealing but also perfectly functional for its use. The clamp is textured and rubberized, which makes it easy to hold and clamp onto a wine bottle. On top of the device is a handle for pouring the wine and the gas release button is close by, so only one hand is needed on the handle and the other can be used to stabilize the bottle.

Convenient Local Backup, Falls Short of 5 Stars

The iXpand Base has a sleek and appealing design, so it not only looks great on my nightstand but also takes up little space. At first glance, you may not notice a few design aspects that turn out to be quite convenient. For example, the top of the base is rubberized which prevents slippage when placing a phone on top. Additionally, there is a groove at the bottom of the base that helps keep the cable in place, and the remainder of the cable can be coiled up inside the iXpand Base. The base plugs into the wall, then you will need to use an iPhone cable that you currently own to connect the base to your phone since that cable is not included. I just wish that there was also a wireless charging capability built in for the iPhone 8. Although I understand that the cord is needed for backup purposes, it would be nice if you could choose to only charge an iPhone 8 wirelessly, since the base is designed to have the phone lay on top anyway.

Versatile 2-in-1 Vacuum

Setting up the IONFlex was quick and simple, although it took a while to charge the battery to full capacity. One slight downside to the design is that you will need to find a good spot to store the various attachments, since they do not attach to the vacuum for storing. In my opinion, this is just a minor inconvenience because it is such a small and lightweight vacuum. I like that the vacuum folds for easy storage and stands upright without leaning it against a wall. In addition, I appreciate the ease of emptying the vacuum’s dust bin when it’s full. The IONFlex is well-designed to complement its functionality, performance, and versatility.

Other design aspects that I have liked include: easy to lift handle when inserting/removing pods, easily removable water reservoir, accommodating mugs up to 7.4 inches high, and simplistic buttons. I certainly feel that the K-Select was designed with the target user in mind. Ease of use and appearance are important to me for kitchen appliances of any size, and Keurig delivers on both factors with the K-Select.

Throughout my extensive use, I have never been disappointed.

The Logitech Circle 2 is small and versatile. You can place it just about anywhere including outdoors because of the waterproof design. However, certain setup locations, such as a wall outlet or on a window, will require an accessory which must be purchased separately. Initial setup was quick and easy for the most part. I did experience an issue where the required firmware update would not install and I had to reset the camera a couple of times for it to install successfully. However, the Circle 2 was ready to go within a few minutes after the firmware update decided to install, which was an automated and wireless process. Logitech did a great job with the sleek design and appearance of the Circle 2. I just wish the setup would have been successful the first time.

The Roomba 690’s small size allows it to navigate seamlessly throughout our home. It is about 13 inches wide and almost 4 inches tall. The height is perfect for fitting under chairs, sofas, and other hard to reach areas. The Roomba can be activated by pressing the button on top of the machine or in the mobile app, and I have found both methods to be equally reliable. This is the same for returning the Roomba to its dock. A button is on the top of the Roomba and in the app. I like that the dock is small and does not take up much additional space when the Roomba is docked. Also, the cord for the dock is fairly long, so it gives you flexibility with your placement.

I like the combination of stainless steel and black, which looks great in our kitchen. I also like that this Ninja brewer is not very wide. It fit perfectly on our kitchen countertop and does not take up much space. The only possible downside to the design is that the brewer is somewhat tall (about 14 inches), so if you do not have that much space between your countertop and cabinets, it will not fit. However, this was not an issue for us. Our family really loves the design!

Crystal-Clear Audio, but Annoying Cord & Controls

The JLab Epic2s are lightweight, compact, and secure. These are great qualities to have for sport earbuds but, unfortunately, there are some negative aspects of the design that disappoint and annoy me. The cord is very thin and long. While the thinness helps make the headphones lightweight and clips are included to shorten the length, it easily tangles and bends in a variety of ways over the course of my workouts, especially because the inline controller is rather large. No matter how I configure the included cord clips, the cord gravitates towards the right side where the controller is, which causes the cord to tighten and tug on my left ear. This is annoying enough to distract me during my workouts, so I occasionally lose focus. In addition, the controls are not very intuitive and the ear clips hurt my ears after 20-30 minutes. I really wish I liked the design/comfort more because everything else is great.

This depends on what you would like to shred, but the blender will shred/chop almost any food you put in it, even harder foods like nuts. For example, I have used this blender's chop button to shred lettuce for a salad, and I have shredded other foods with the chop button as well.

Yes, you must have an internet service for this Orbi system to work. The Orbi transmits WiFi signal so that you can connect wireless devices in your home, but you must have an internet connection for that to work. I hope this helps!
