I bought my washer on Jan 4th after my original washer was on recall five months later we are leaking from under the unit I called Samsung to have it serviced and they said there's no one in my area to fix it so they said to send in my receipt and they are going to decide on sending me a new unit or a check all I know is my next washer will be a speed Queen three year or a five year factory warranty depending on what model you get but its a made in the USA speed queen has better reviews

Non recalled washer

First let me start of saying this is unit is a NOT on recall for know if others are my other was we bought was a recalled unit that night I went to my best buy shopping for a washer I wanted a front loader my mother didn't Samsung would give us $150 on a new Samsung washer and $50 on a non Samsung for ourrecalled washer so i went and put ever model and serial number in the Samsung site and the four
They had on display were on the list but this model was the only one not on recall when I was looking so I got this washer and it's fully loaded to what we had we really like it we have yet to use all the options on but the sink get used so far we haven't taken the plastic off it yet and I don't want t bc the lid does get scrathes on it very easy like our old one for anyone who is apart of the Samsung recalled go to the store and put every model and serial number on the site if the first few numbers of the serial don't match what's on the screen then it's not a recalled washer

i had the 2nd gen i loved it when it wasnt working right i replaced it with this model it looked great how ever i wasnt told that you can no longer get calls on the watch unless you have a bluetooth headset unlike the first and second gen you can make and receive call on the watch this was not gonna work for me bc i use the watch to make calls every day i only had it for an hour and returned it

the headset came with my xbox one i bought it on aug 2nd 2014 and there is a short in the adapter it worked fine and tonight i was using it and i can hear my friends buy they couldn't hear me if i moved the wire they could so i called xbox bc its still under warranty and they said its not covered they only cover headsets for three months there already getting $60 a year from us at least cover the product if the headset came with the xbox it should be covered under the one hear warranty

its ok but some people might not want the dualshock they should have keeped makeing the controllers then first made the ps3

Can I wash rugs with rubber backing in this washer?
No they will get damaged and fall apart and leave a mess inside the washer

Does the stated rebate amount include new hoses, installation and take away? Or is the rebate for the price of the unit only? The website says they will give you free delivery and installation. Who pays the new tax? Me? The washer is only 5 months old.
If you are Apart of the recall the Rebate will only cover the washer how ever if your washer is five months old you can return to host installation kit that's what we did ours was three months old

Can I wash rugs with rubber backing in this washer?
I would not because if the bottom is rubber then it will fall apart during the wash and it will leave a mess inside the washer and might damage the motor if a little piece falls down iside
