It's a good CD, in my honest opinion, The Drought is Over 4 would have made a great Carter 3, though. Won't stop me from bein at Best Buy today to buy it.
It does have a bunch of good songs. The only thing I don't like is how Lil Wayne is starting to get into the R&B thing, using the Voice Box and stuff like that, but some of it ain't bad. Love that "You aint got Nuthin". Hate "Lollipop", too overplayed.
Anyway, if you like Wayne, buy the CD, you won't be dissapointed. If you don't like Wayne, at least give it a try before you start hatin.

This is the first Grand Theft Auto game I have actually ever owned (Besides GTA2). I have played all of them, and I really liked them, but never bought them.
The game is great. This is exactly what I needed. I hadn't played a game with a story in a while, and this game just sucks you right in. Although, occasionaly the people are hard to understand with their accents (ESPECIALLY Little Jacob, the Rasta guy) So I turned on subtitles, and it helps alot. Except the subtitles are in ebonics, too.
In the 14+ hours I have played it in the last 4 days, I've only been online twice. The story is so great. I thought I had finished the story, and I look at my Career Completion, and I'm only ar 20%! This is a long game, apparently! Defiantely buy this one, you will not be dissapointed, whether you have Xbox LIVE or not.
What's great about it: Multiplayer, Story mode, the whole game basically.
What's not so great: Minor frame rate issues, that's about it. Characters hard to understand sometimes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
