This product is not worth the money or time I have put into it. Multiple engine/turbine failures, brush rotation component failure and one major leak from dirty water hose that stained the carpet (only happened once but once was enough). When it did work it worked fine. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a vacuum store and buy a professional grade machine - there are many too choose from. Spend the money and save the aggravation and gas money.
What's great about it: When it works it does an ok job.
What's not so great: Engine/turbine failures, brush rotation component failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
