I saw Christina Aguilera's Back to Basics concert when she came to Michigan and it far exceeded my expectations, which were already pretty high. The DVD is everything I remembered (except the pregnancy factor...) Christina is such a talented singer/songwriter/dancer, and she collaborates with very talented musicians, dancers, back-up singers, and producers. Unlike some other pop stars, Christina's live music sounds practically identical to the album. The DVD also includes interviews with the dancers, back-up singers, the band, Jordan Bratman, and Christina herself. After seeing her show, it is clear that Christina Aguilera works VERY hard to put out quality entertainment with consistancy. I LOVED IT!
What's great about it: great music, dancing, costumes, sets, and interviews.
What's not so great: none
I would recommend this to a friend!
