The original 'Die Hard' film is the quintessential action movie. The first two sequels are very entertaining, but couldn't possibly live up to the original. 'Live Free or Die Hard' is a worthy entry in the series and the best since the original. Willis is in fine form and Justin Long proves he can hold his own. Fantastic action sequences and a tight story line will keep you on edge from beginning to end. The single disc unrated release has the theatrical release included as well as the unrated version.

I've seen all the Harry Potter films and read all the books (as of this writing that includes all 7 books of Harry Potter), I can honestly say Order of the Phoenix is the BEST movie of Harry Potter to date. The movie left all the Quidditch out... but let's face it, do we REALLY need the Quidditch? Can't the story be told as well without it. The answer is... YES!!!! The action was superb and the acting even better. The younger actors have really come out of their shell and feel comfortable in the roles they've performed since movie 1. I applaud the direction, special effects (especially the FIRE Snake via Voldemort), and of course, every actor who took part be it in a major role or a small bit part. BRAVO EVERYONE. Can't wait for movie 6 aka Half-Blood Prince.

Denzel Washington stars as a government operative/soldier of fortune who has pretty much given up on life. In Mexico City, he reluctantly agrees to take a job to protect a child whose parents are threatened by a wave of kidnappings. I'm not normally an action flick fan, but I really enjoyed this movie. The story does not drag at all, it seems everyone involved in the kidnapping is corrupt, even our hero Creasy, but it is also surprisingly touching at a couple of points. The action sequences are really well done and I like the overall dark, gritty feel. Denzel Washington gives a superb performance, as does Christopher Walken, but young Dakota Fanning absolutely shines.

There's a rat in the kitchen - But it's fun

This is just great! This is a tale of an energetic French rodent who loves to cook.
Remy the rat(voiced by comedian Patton Oswalt) is educated and classy. He's crazy about cooking elegant dishes. His brother, Emile (Peter Sohn) and his daddy Django (Brian Dennehy) just hang out in the trash and don't at all approve of Remy's culinary ambitions and his behavior.
After a terrible cooking accident, the rats are evicted and escape through the sewers. Remy is separated from his family. He ends up in Paris. Of course, he ends up near a kitchen. Where else?
He sneaks in and works on some soup. Making it absolutely great.
This is truly a fun-filled story that you won't want to miss.
Highly recommended.

Michael Bay's 2007 live-action version of "Transformers" not only does a great job of translating the classic cartoon to the silver screen. It is also one of the most exciting movies ever made. The action is almost non-stop, and features the greatest visual effects ever seen on film up to this point. The movie also features a fairly-believable plot, with some great performances from the cast. And it's so great to have Peter Cullen return as Optimus Prime one more time. This is, without a doubt, Michael Bay's best film as a director. Fans of the cartoon, as well as fans of sci-fi/action films, will truly enjoy the "Transformers" film. I for one cannot wait to see "Transformers 2."

Probably one of the most honored epics on recent television, HBO's mini-series Band of Brothers was produced by the powerhouse team of Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. It won the Golden Globe for Best Mini-series and is nominated for 19 Emmys. The 6-disc DVD set comes in an embossed metallic case. It has an extraordinary amount of information in addition to the 10-part true-life story of the men of Easy Company in the 506th Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division of the U.S. Army. To start with, it contains the documentary "We Stand Alone Together: The Men of Easy Company," which interviews the real men of Easy Company as they tell their stories, inner-cut with film footage and rare and archival photos. Also included is a making-of feature on the mini-series, actor Ron Livingston's video diary that shows behind-the-scenes footage from the actor's perspective, and a featurette of the screening on the beaches of Normandy. There is also an optional enhanced viewing "Field Guide," which extensively references people, places and events connected to Easy Company and their campaign through Europe and WWII as a whole. Additionally included are character bios, web-links to the Band of Brothers living memorial, as well as other pertinent sites, a still photo gallery, episodic previews and scene selection menus. The DVD is released in widescreen only with a 16:9 aspect ratio from High Definition digital masters, the audio is DTS English and 5.1 Surround as well as English, French and Spanish Dolby Surround. Spanish subtitles and English closed-captioning is also included. This is a must-own DVD set, especially for history buffs and collectors of World War II information.

This series is a must see for everyone, especially those that have seen Saving Private Ryan. Although I like the movie it follows a fictional storyline and sacrifices reality for Hollywood in several parts.
This series does none of that. It is based off of the book written by the Ambrose, the eminent historian. Best of all it gives many interviews from the actual stories that this is based upon. Looking at the Real person and then seeing the actors portraying them on the screen was almost scary. You would swear that each actor is the grandson of the person they are playing.
Follow the story of Easy Company from basic until the end of the European campaign, you won't regret it.

I have been waiting for a quality MLB game to come out for the PS3 and saw that The Show was getting more attention than 2K8, so I preordered The Show. I played it today and I am blown away. This game is great. I love how simple basic gameplay is. You can get really good at this game, but at the same time, someone who has not played this game before will be able to pick it up and compete. HD graphics and THX sound. This game is excellent.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune has been a pleasant surprise. It has fantastic graphics and a decent story. Gameplay is linear, but Naughty Dog pulls it off well. The AI is good. The tropical settings and ruins are amazing. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune has some similarities to Far Cry. One similarity of note is the use of dramatic music during action sequences. When you have killed the last enemy in that sequence, the music stops. I found the game more interesting than Assassin's Creed. The ending was certainly better.

This is a great controller and something that should have definitely come out with the Launch of the PS3. The Rumble function, just like the DS2 is great. It is capable of very subtle shakes all the way to a very forceful rumble. This controller is heavier than the Sixaxis, but the extra weight makes it feel more substantial and less flimsy. As for battery life, it is not bad, it might not be as good as the sixaxis but it still lasts plenty of time. I have been using it for many hours on GTA4 and the battery indicator has not dropped down yet.

I purchased this to replace an aging panasonic battery. It doesn't seem to hold the charge very well. I use the panasonic battery for several hours and it gives me a warning that the battery is running low. The energizer just dies. It shows full and then click, you loose a connection and then you put it on the charger and check again and it shows only one bar. Anyway, I bought two and have put the original panasonic battery back in and am much happier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
