Great radar detector.

I can't even remember how many times this detector has saved me from potential tickets. It is expensive but is leaps and bounds better than a cheap detector I have used in the past. The smart cord is great too, especially at night when you don't want any lights on the detector. The suction cups are not that good but you can mount it using different methods and accessories and replacement parts are readily available directly from Escort. Overall I would say this is a solid choice.
What's great about it: Great range and reliability, few false alerts.
What's not so great: Suction cups aren't the best, they tear easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great filter at a good price

This air purifier has been a great purchase for me. I have 2 dogs and it keeps pet hair down tremendously since I have been using it. I clean the filters about once every 2 weeks and the amount of stuff that comes out of them is phenominal. The filters are very easy to clean all you do is run them under tap water and shake them off to dry. It is very quiet even on the high fan speed and the oscillating feature makes a huge difference to me. When you pull it out of the box all you have to do is install the filters and plug it in, it is very easy. I would definitely recommend this air purifier.
What's great about it: Filters last forever, very quiet, oscillating feature.
What's not so great: none yet
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can a computer still be connected and displayed through a tv using inputs other than the PC input, like by using the S-video or component inputs?

The quick answer to your question is yes. However it depends on your individual computer. If you are using a desktop that does not have any special video output ports on it then you can purchase a video card that will allow it to output to a tv. If you are using a notebook then it all depends on what they installed in it from the factory. There is no easy way to "upgrade" a notebook if it doesn't already have this capability however most modern notebooks have this ability. If your computer does have a video output such as s-video or composite video than you may need to activate that feature in your video display settings on your computer.
