In my opinion this is somewhat of a gimmick. It does fairly well on tile and hardwood floors but for me that is where it ends. The attachments are kind of pointless. It takes time attaching everything and the steam doesn't seem to get very warm until you are pulling the trigger for some time. By then you are almost out of water or your hand is cramping up. The one attachment for blowing steam on surfaces barely works. I wasn't even sure steam was coming out until I put my hand somewhat in front of it and did feel the steam but it wasn't powerful by any means. I suppose if it was, there would be a lot of burn injuries. The other attachments for scrubbing counters and other surfaces works better but seriously in the time it takes to get everything together you would have cleaned the surface already by hand. I did clean my tub and it was more of hassle than it was worth.
Honestly if my husband hadn't tossed the box I would return it. I don't see the worth of it for the price. I will use it mainly as a mop in my kitchen and family room. Maybe when we install hardwoods in the rest of the house it will get more use.
So in my opinion if you have a lot of tile and/or hardwood it would be ideal but spend less and just get the mop and don't bother with the attachments.

I have always hired professional carpet cleaners to clean my carpets however I relocated out of state and no longer have my inexpensive carpet guy anymore. The local companies in my new locale are big name companies that charge hundreds of dollars for a room or two. I decided to invest in this machine and wasn't expecting the wonderful results. Years ago I borrowed a family member's carpet cleaner and it was complete mess and hassle. It also left the carpets saturated. This machine exceeded my expectations.
I have two types of carpets in my home. A shaggy berber and a plush. The shaggy berber was new when we moved in 3 yrs ago. It became matted down and we had several dog accidents. I didnt have much hope for it as the spot bot we own doesn't seem to work well on the berber. The light gray plush carpet in our basement has serious signs of traffic dirt on the steps. I figured if the cleaner at least lightened the dirt somewhat I would be happy. I was amazed that all the carpets in the house look new again! Tough stains that I thought were permanent are now gone. I love this machine!
If I had to make a complaint its that the instructions on assembling the attachment for stairs was a bit awkward and the instructions didnt seem clear. Once I figured it out, it was easy but I was frustrated for a bit trying to figure it out. Also when done using the machine, water get trapped in it and will leak for a bit. I put the machine on a thick towel and let it drain out. I am glad I was not in a hurry to put the machine away as I would have had a puddle in the closet. This may be common with carpet machines but this is my first so I wanted to point this out.
I think the biggest thing for me besides the machine working so well is that the carpets are not saturated. This machine does an excellent job of picking up the water out of the carpet. The plush carpet was dry within 20 minutes. The berber was dry 30-45 minutes later. Really a great investment.

It cooks well but has annoying features. The metal rack inside is a bother. According to the manual it is not meant to be left inside full time. So I had to find a place to store it. The inside light is very dim and so are the lights underneath. It runs loud. Much louder than my previous whirlpool model. The most annoying feature is the beeping alert when a cooking cycle has ended. The micro beeps until you open the door. I am not sure why this is necessary as once a cooking cycle ends in a microwave, the food can not be over cooked or anything. The non stop beeping drives me crazy. It is attractive but not real crazy about the unit otherwise.
