My other headphones sound bad now

I've had these for a few weeks now and have to say, after the initial sticker shock(which I expected), I've come to realize that as with anything you get what you pay for.
I used these on a 5 hour road trip. When turned on, wheel and engine noise are completely cancelled and it's almost eery.
With the NC off, sound quality suffers a little, but they still sound decent.
With NC on, however, every single frequency feels as if it has it's own spave and the clarity, even when I'm listening to low quality Youtube videos is superb.
I wear them at work for 7 hours a day without any discomfort.

I have had my S4 for a good 3 months and the only complaint I have is that the battery life doesn't quite compare to my old RAZR MAXX/RAZR MAXX HD.
Small complaints though, the screen is bright and clear, and I haven't had any trouble with calls or coverage(VZW).

I've had this monitor on my desk for a solid 3 months now and love it. I mainly use it to play Diablo 3, and for movie watching.

An extremely solid performing machine

I have had my 424 for a few weeks now and haven't found any major gripes about it. The CPU/GPU combo are the center point of this machine. I will be adding an SSD to it soon, which will increase the overall performance even more. The OEM 7200RPM drive that it comes with is decent enough that an SSD isn't absolutely necessary. The screen is fantastic with vibrant colors and depth.
A quick word on the speakers. Hands down the best speakers I have ever heard in a laptop. Bass, all the way to high treble is clear and balanced.
The backlit keyboard. Complete eye candy, but one of those things that I want on every laptop that I buy from now on.
Noise. It's quiet, even when I was running Diablo 3 at full 1080P. There's a "turn your laptop into a freaking jet plane" button along the top bezel that spins the main fan up to like 5000RPM, and it's LOUD, but... 5000RPM. During normal usage it is next to silent.
A huge pro to me, is the power, HDMI, are on the back of the laptop.

This should be a powerhouse, not so much

I picked up my laptop on 1/1/14, and have had it a week now.
At first all was well, the i7 made things zippy and everything was settling into this turning into my workhorse for the next couple years.
However.
The past couple days I have started getting BSOD's(or the Win8 version of them), with no discernible root cause. Coupled with the PC taking 45+ seconds to get to the desktop from the time I entered my password. On top of that, I'm now also experiencing the WiFi limited connectivity issue mentioned by others.
Thinking that I had mucked something up(I tinker with my computers a lot), I did a full factory restore, and still experienced the same issues. I am going to try the WiFi fix tonight, however, I do not feel I should be troubleshooting an issue like this on a week old laptop. That aside, the other two issues(which may be related) are not acceptable and are worth an exchange by themselves.
I am now torn as to whether I should try my luck and get another machine, or switch manufacturers/models.
Aside from that, I was pleased with the machine. The display is by far one of the best panels I've ever seen in a laptop. The speakers are amazing, considering their size. Doing basic web surfing, I was able to pull 3-4 hours from the battery.
If the next machine I get is better, I will update/re-review.

I've owned this for about 2 years now and haven't had any issues with it. Setup was easy, as far as I remember, and it holds an insane amount of movies. I'm getting rid of it, but that's just because I've moved towards a digital library. It's held up very well for 2 years of normal use.

I got turned onto fun. a few weeks ago and have been scouring the internet for their singles ever since. I happened to be in a store today so I grabbed a copy of the album to get the full, in order, affect.
Track:
1: Intro : In acoustic styled introduction to the title track(2) Some Nights, wonderfully mixed between a soulful solo, leading into an almost growling ending.
2. Some Nights : If the intro doesn't remind you of Queen, you need to listen to the intro of most Queen songs. The choral intro quickly leads into a pounding, thumping, rolling beat. With mixtures of gospel sounds, and bits of ballad background tones, it's by far my favorite track. Crank it up. It's good fun.
3. We Are Young : One of the more popular(at this time) tracks on the radio, this song starts out more up tempo, moving to a very early 50's rock tempo. To me, this song speaks of being young, and owning the world.
4. Carry On - This "Norah Jones" esque song, is a complete 180 opposite from track 2. The soothing almost crooning of Nate puts you at ease. As with most tracks, the powerful underlying message comes across to me as very uplifting, and inspirational to "carry on".
5. It Gets Better - I'm not sure what to make of this track. It has the most "punk" sound, in my opinion of any of the tracks. VERY Blink 182ish in it's rhythm and guitar areas.
6. Why Am I The One - Again another stark contrast to track 5, this song goes into the singers emotions about being the one that always has to leave in a relationship. I have mixed feelings on this, I like the beat, but the melody seems like it could have just a little... something more. Definitely not bad.
7. All Alone - Quite popish, I think, with a quirky beat. All alone, is quite aptly titled and goes into emotions and topics that you'd expect from the title.
8. All Alright - A swelling chorus fills most of this song. Again with track 7, the title perfectly explains the content, as Nate goes through a few situations where he got over adversity. Again, not one of the stronger tracks.
9. One Foot - One of the most funky beats I've heard in a song in quite a while. The brassy, bass filled, repetitive grove in the background is annoying, for a few seconds, until the VERY catchy melody/harmonics catch you and find yourself tapping your feet/hands/head in time with it. Yet another aptly named song talks about moving on.
10. Stars - This seems to almost be a culmination of all the tracks, with the intro taking tidbits and samples from all the prior songs. The more I listen to this track, it's definitely a summation of the album, bringing all the ideas and thoughts successfully together.
Bonus Track - Out On The Town - Another quirky song with a driving underbeat that grows on you. This track to me, speaks of a past relationship, and the tumultuous emotions that come from remembering them.
Overall, this is by far one of the best albums I've purchased in a very long time. Beginning to end, there wasn't a track that I didn't like, which for me is very rare. It's a bargain at $10, don't resist or pass it up. Grab it. These guys are just gonna get bigger and larger.
What's great about it: Easy to listen to, good mix of sounds, awesome vocals
What's not so great: Does not make me sad

I've owned two sets of these for the better part of three years and they're AMAZING.
I've never had a problem with either set, and the bass still blows me away sometimes. I have one set in my bedroom, used for Netflix and movies, and they're by far the best 2.1 system i've heard. Forget about Bose, these things blow them away.
The ONLY small thing I would change is putting a power switch on the left/right speaker, instead of on the subwoofer.
What's great about it: Everything literally, amazing bass, good highs, good mids, good price
What's not so great: Nothing. Notta. Zilch

I've owned this for a good 8 months now and have pretty much nothing but praise about it.
As far as I'm aware, this is the only (cheap# media player that will output full 1080p, along with full Dolby surround. With a full range of built in apps, including Pandora, Netflix, Hulu Plus, AccuWeather, among tongs of others, it's by far the most rounded in my opinion. Setup can take a bit, but if you're just using it for the basic feature, you'll be watching whatever it is you're watching in no time.
I do have a few small gripes, mainly being the excruciatingly slow remote response sometimes. However, I have an app on my phone#Droid) that works over WiFi that lets me control either of them whereever I am in the apartment.
The only other gripe I can come up with is that if it's sitting powered on, but unused for a while, it seems to freeze up. Of course, that's my fault for not turning it off when I'm not using it :)
What's great about it: 1080P, full 5.1 supported, network share access, complete array of apps,
What's not so great: Remote input is laggy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beware - Great Sound if they come on !
By TruHue from Seattle
My new pair (purchased 11-5-12) started faulting no power shortly after I hooked them up. They came back on after unplugging for a while and I thought, Okay it must be an internal fuse for saftey.... wrong ! (old models had exterior fuses) but this Klipsch Promedia 2.1 set rarely works ... if ever. They seem dead. I am getting ready to ship it back to Klipsch Warranty, UPS cost about $50 and USPS Parcel Post with insurance is around $32. You have been warned ! These are great sounding, I wish my worked reliably, but they don't.

Updates to fix Wifi
January 10, 2014
I saw that fix, and I would take the time to do that, however, I still plan on returning it due to the sluggish HDD(100% usage a lot) and the BDOS/crashes after only a week.
Granted the Wifi driver may have been causing the BSOD, I never did find a root cause, but I'm just not willing to take the risk of having a faulty machine.

Constant loss of WiFi connection
By MikeLeo from Haverhill MA
I thought I was really going to like this laptop. Other reviews said this was a good one. Boy was that wrong for me. Apparently I got the lemon. I have called the Geek Squad numerous times trying to resolve so many issues. The main one that is really making me nuts is the fact that it will just drop the WiFi connection for no reason. And it doesn't just loose the one I'm on, suddenly it can't seem to find ANY internet connections. I would go through the repair process. The "find and fix" option on the computer. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I've taken it to the "Geek"s at the store and they tell me it works fine and send me on my way. When I explain what my experiences are they have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. I will not be buying this brand again.

There is supposedly a driver update that will fix it. If that's the case, I do not understand why it is not being pushed out via Windows Update, as so many other drivers have been and are.
I gave up on mine and returned it. I shouldn't need to install a driver 5 days after purchase just to use a basic piece of hardware like WiFi.

UPDATE and additions
May 2, 2014
Now that I've been living with the laptop for about a month, here's a few updates:
The microphone is junk. If you intend on using it for Skype, be prepared to sit extremely close to the screen. Or mine is faulty. Either way, I use a bluetooth headset, so this becomes a moot point for me.
Gaming. Runs Diablo 3 with expansion pack on 1080P, to an external 24" monitor via HDMI flawlessly. GPU got up to 80-85C during intensive scenes. Excellent.
I put in a PNY Pro 240GB SSD. Boot time from powered off, to desktop is 16 seconds. Fully up and loaded ~45-60 seconds, depending on how much stuff you have to load at startup.
Still supremely impressed with this machine.
