It cleans my clothes. My clothes, it cleans them. I put them in dirty and they come out clean. There was a good price promotion at the time, so I was able to afford the front-loading model instead of a top-loading high efficiency.

Efficient, effective, electric

This is fancier than I needed (I would gladly have paid less for a version without a window in the door) but it was on sale at a competitive price, there wasn't another auto-sensor same-size dryer in the store at a lower price, and it matched my new washer in appearance, so I got it.
It works fine. There was a problem with the install, but once I got hold of the installer he came back out and finished the job just fine.
Big problem with the customer service at 1-888-BESTBUY. It took a long wait wading through useless menu choices to finally get a human rep who then transferred me to another long wait for what turned out to be somebody who had no idea what to do. I finally had to search out the phone number for the local store (it wasn't on the receipt or the web site) and get a salesperson to connect me to somebody local who knew how to reach the install tech.

What's not so great: Telephone Support 1-888-BESTBUY is awful

The salesman made me buy it

I bought a washer and dryer and paid for the delivery and install. The salesman said they wouldn't do the install unless I bought new hoses at the same time.
When the washer arrived, it turned out to come with a set of new hoses anyway, so I returned this set for credit.

Salesman said I needed to buy it

I bought a dryer and paid for the install. The salesman said I couldn't get the install done unless I bought the new vent tubing. When the installer came, he said my old vent tubing was fine and used that, so I returned the new tubing to the store unused for credit.
