I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter based on the all of the research I conducted. Although Hoover makes more expensive machines, this cleaner had a better rating overall. Since I have had this cleaner myself for over 15 years and love it, I picked up one for her. She loves it as much as I do. It is a top performer and unless you want to spend $600. and for the highest rated Rug Doctor Cleaner, I highly recommend this product. Knock on wood, I have never had one problem from this machine and it HAS been used for 15 years on a regular basis at least twice a year or more on a house filled with wall-to-wall carpeting.
What's great about it: The way it cleans and also gets out water from carpets
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't say enough good things about this dryer! It's a great product. Nicely made, works fantastic, quiet, nice chime when dryer is finished, durable lint screen, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!
