great drive

I have been looking for a external blu-ray drive to use with our macs for a while. Was about to buy the Pioneer one but found this one on sale and the look was better. Found a software company on line and download the necessary drive. It works like a charm. So even though we use less and less hardware and discs, this makes a nice addition when you want to use a blu-drive or regular dvd. And it does not hurt that it looks great.

The only way to be able to explore the potential of any of the NEX cameras is by adding this lens it gives you the range that makes this type of camera a better product than a point and shoot. The quality is solid and it looks great. BTW it comes in solid black or this silver model. The zoom makes all the difference in the world, you can be in the back of the room and get great shots. BB will price match, so do your research before you pay full price for it. So get it and enjoy another dimension of your camera.

The 85W MagSafe 2 Power Adapter features a magnetic DC connector so if someone should trip over it, the cord disconnects harmlessly and your MacBook Pro stays put safely. It also helps prevent fraying or weakening of the cables over time. In addition, the magnetic DC helps guide the plug into the system for a quick and secure connection. Great power adapter!

Have a MacBook with Retina display and MacBook Air. So it is nice to have an extra power adapter to carry in the backpack and to connect it in the family room without having to drag along the one that comes with the laptops out of the office. Like everything that Apple makes it has a nice distinctive look.

Needed to connect my MacBook pro to an iMac and it works much better than any other form of connectivity. It is extremely accurate and it gives you the flexibility of not having to be that close to the iMac. Until now the construction is solid and the color matches the rest of the peripherals.

We needed for those occasions that is necessary to use a dvd or cd. And I like using it for putting my "play list" from iTunes. We have two because we have multiples MacBooks my 15 retina and the kids MacBooks airs. my wife still prefer the 13" MacBook pro with the drive install in it ( there is only one model with it left) and it looks like it is going away this year. To summarize this drive perform excellent is elegant and one of the best future is that it does not have any buttons minimizing the opportunity to break.

best family of laptops

I have a 13" MBP that I purchase in June of 2011 and it is a work horse the only thing that I have done is that I changed from 4gb to 8 gb and it still works as great as the day it was purchase, you know minus some bruises here and there.In the meantime I have been buying different brands of Window base laptops for the family that we keep throwing away and loosing money, so when my kids needed replacements again we decided to go with this one for one and an air for the other one. And I just acquire the top of the line 15" RMPO that came out on Oct. 22nd. And now I have peace of mind that we don't have to try to figure out why the error messages are on, and having to buy anti-virus and still have a slow laptop. So to summarize this is an investment that you will not have to keep repeating. So do yourself a favor get one. And if you find it a little difficult to learn, the apple store offer hour classes for free.I would still buy it at BB because at the apple store you don't get a penny off.

I purchase a iPhone 5S the day of release at BB and would have purchase the new apple leather case but they were not available. So I looked for other ones and came across the Mophie in Red and it looked great and it felt nice without making the phone bulky. It charges your phone in a timely manner. If there is a negative is that it will scratch and that is almost impossible to avoid.

We have a total of 5 iPhones 5 and this earphones are a major improvement from the ones that came with the other generations of iPhones. They fit comfortable subsequently, you can keep them on for extended periods of time. We have purchase 2 extra pairs of them. That way there is always one at hands.

I got this game for my kds and have been playing with them and enjoying the game myself. The music is great, and there is clever emails. The use of the board make you have to stand to play the game good way of motivating people to use there body. Have fun with the game and wii board.

I purchase an I9 for myself and this one for one of my kids.The reason for buying this was the space saving capability. It is compact, slick and the speaker have a clean sound. For a bonus it charges the ipod.

The published specifications from the Best Buy website stated clearly that the OS was 10.9 (Mavericks). The computer arrived with 10.8 (Mountain Lion). I called customer support about the issue and they were willing only to send a shipping label so I could send the computer back for replacement. No other solution available. How about sending me the installation DVD? How about some consideration for the time I am spending downloading and installing the correct OS? I would recommend the laptop to a friend, but not Best Buy.

A question of timing

It is true that the new ones come with OS 10.9 Maverick, but since this model was not reconfigure. The ones that were still in store obviously have the old OS. There is no disc for Maverick it is a download through the APP Store. Best Buy don't have any control of which ones have the new OS or not. Now if you get one with the Retina display. The new model, they come with maverick installed. Eventually all of the Macbook pro's and Air's would have the new OS. I purchase 3 at the end of October one was a Retina with Maverick and the Air and the one identical to this one I download Maverick for free. There was no inconvenience. BTW I don't work for BB never had.

What is the difference between an hp pavilion dv7t and an hp g71t?
The DV nomclature is use for the pavilion line it is the "luxury" line of hp usually it is equiped with better system and the looks are more atractive. The G series is more plane looked at them we owned both and besides looks and how they feel the performance is to par. of course you will pay more for the DV series. They look great though.Before I forget the DV series ones come with remotes and separate controls for the cd's and dvd's.

most videogames are fast moving pace so 120hz and above will be the way to go.

Dispalaying standard definition
Who makes an lcd hdtv that best displays standard (non-hi-def)? I have direct tv & do not want to pay for Hi-Def service but want the best picture.
All hdtv"s are made primarly for hi-def. So in most cases is a good idea to pay the extra 10 bucks for hi-def content. I have Direct tv and they have an inmense amount of hi-def program. Is even worth just for the local channels. You wont regret it. Once you discover hi-def you would not go back.

What is the difference?
what is the basic difference between P1600-P3600-P4600, other than price? Please explain in terms that are understandable. We are looking at upgrading to HD LCD (Samsung LN40B640), and to Blu-Ray player and are totally confused. We want the best quality picture, without options we will never use.
In lame terms when it comes to performance (viewing blu-ray and dvd movies) the 3 perform equally. When it comes to features the 1600 needs an ethernet cable (a wire) to hookup to the internet if not you have to go to the samsung website for upgrades (burn a cd). The 3600 is connected through a bongle that connects to the internet same with the 4600(wireless) . The different between this 2 is that the 4600 is built to hang on the wall and it comes with the hardware to be install this way. I hope this help. It is worth it to buy the 3600 when is on sale.

it all depend on the model their is a 42 and a 50 that have just the basics with 2 hdmi and 2 components. With those 2 features you can indentify that you are looking at the cheaper model and they will have a refresh of 60 hz instead of lets say 600hz. Hope this help.

26" LCD HDTV with only SDTV digital cable?
If I simply hook up a new HDTV LCD at 26" to my current digital cable feed, will the picture look similar to my current CRT TV or worse? I read that the normal problem with doing this mostly applies to the larger HDTVs and that standard def looks fine on the smaller LCDs. True? My TV died and I really don't want to have to pay extra to the cable company if I don't have to right now just to watch normal TV.
Yiou will have the same situation than with a bigger screen. But you can get all your local channels with a cheap indoor antenna so you will have the sd from your cable company and than high def from over the air.

I can't program my remote for direct tv.
I have a dynex and when I try to program my remote for direct tv, the name does not pop up. Is their any other brand that I can enter in that will allow my direct tv remote to work on the dynex????
Sorry but the Dynex products can't be program with remotes. Universal or cable and sat. systems.

How much of a difference does the 120hz refresh rate make to an LCD picture, especially for smaller (32-40 in) screens?
A 120hz refresh makes a difference in action sequences, that may be on a movie but specially on sports. I have not seen any 120hz on 32'", but I tell you that the bigger the screen the more blury situations you will encountered. I have seen 40" screen with a 120hz that are almost flawless.
But at these moment I will be more concern if the screen is bigger.
