When the A/C unit was taken out of the box, the front cover/grill was popping off the steel frame and the product did not appear to be made of high quality. Plus, when we tried to attach the top grill, the screws actually would not stay in place to secure it and we are pretty able bodies when it comes to assembling items. We never turned on the unit as after all the hassle of putting the rack on etc and then seeing the poor quality, we returned it. A lot of hassle!
What's great about it: never actually turned it on.. see cons
What's not so great: Poorly made--Could not assemble top rail due to screws being the incorrect size, We took the appliance back
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
