A smart, funny comedy

Another very funny film from the guys from 40 Year Old Virgin and Superbad. This film obviously is a little more serious than the other two, as you can probably tell from the title. This film along with comedy does bring up some very serious real-life topics such as unwanted pregnancy, racism, and aging. Overall if you liked 40 Year Old Virgin and/or Superbad you must likely will like this film, however I consider those 2 films superior to this one.
What's great about it: Seth Rogan in his first role as a lead was excellent
What's not so great: A little crude to some...

The best MMORPG of all time

Been playing WoW off and on the past couple of years and currently have a 70 human priest, lock, and rogue on a PVE (normal) server. I mainly PVP (player vs. player) and enjoy both battlegrounds and arena. Questing is both fun and sometimes a grind. There are some minor imbalances versus the game but like rock/paper/scissors, each class has certain advantages and disadvantages against other classes. This game is known to own your soul so before you begin playing make sure you can have some self-restraint to not end up getting addicted to this game. Besides, overall I recommend this game for the casual to hardcore gamer. It is a very entertaining and interactive game and is played by millions. Blizzard also comes out with nearly weekly patches to make the game as enjoyable and fair as possible to all players so you know they definitely care about this game.
What's great about it: Addicting, deep gameplay with both PVP and PVE (raiding)
What's not so great: Monthly price to play, lots of immature younger children that play

From director Michael Bay and executive producer Steven Spielberg comes a thrilling battle between the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons. When their epic struggle comes to Earth, all that stands between the Decepticons and ultimate power is a clue held by young Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf). Unaware that he is mankind's last chance for survival, Sam and Bumblebee, his robot disguised as a car, are in a heart-pounding race against an enemy unlike anything anyone has seen before.

One of the best movies of the year on DVD

I was a huge fan of Beast Wars growing up and kinda fell outta the loop as I got older. I went to see this at theaters on opening night with a couple of friends and absolutely loved it. I ended up seeing it 5 more times the next 2 weeks. The movie was action-packed and like said probably the best cgi visuals I have ever seen. The movie had a great mix of action, humor, along with companionship and love. And of course, the lovely Megan Fox is in the movie. A must see/buy/gift for any fan of the series, or anyone in general.
What's great about it: Probably some of the best cgi visuals I've ever seen
What's not so great: Movie may seem too ridiculous to some... but what movie isn't?

The new Animal House for this generation

Saw it twice in theaters and bought it immediately after it was released. Seen it over 10 times full way through. Still can't get enough of the one-liners, jokes, situations. I'm a 20 year old junior at college and laugh at similar situations that many teenagers our age face. The DVD is an absolute must with hilarious special features and commentary. A great gift for a friend.
What's great about it: Non-stop laughs with great acting and a great script
What's not so great: Maybe a tad crude for some...

love All That Ends Well, not so much here

My friend originally got my listening to Chiodos a couple of years ago with One Day Women... after I heard that song I immediately fell in love with the band and bought the cd. I consider it one of the best cds of all time and is always most played in my iTunes. Anyways I was excited for their new cd and had it pre-ordered. When the cd was released I was surprised to see how short the cd was. After listening it through the first time I was very disappointed. A lot of the creative keyboard parts that I love and were key in All That Ends Well were extremely lacking. Anyways, still give it a try. Personally I liked their earlier album.
What's great about it: One of my fave bands and cd with All That Ends Well
What's not so great: This CD doesn't live up to hype... almost seems as if they sold-out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great set for home, dorm, apartment

Got these babies earlier this year and have used it on my home desktop as an upgrade from an older set of 2.1s. Let me say the quality is unbelievable from every range of sound to every type of music. With bass turned all the way up with the right song you can literally shatter glass. Best part is no distortion, even at max levels. With the price it's a steal. I highly recommend for any music/movie lover. Works well with iPods too.
What's great about it: Outstanding quality of bass, mids, and lows for an unbelievable price
What's not so great: Controller and bass kinda bulky but definitely worth it
