Package Description: The world's wealthiest duck is back for more thrills and laughs in the second installment of Disney's DuckTales. Scrooge McDuck may have an uncanny knack for making money, but he's in over his head trying to keep up with nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie. Along with their friends Launchpad McQuack, Gyro Gearloose, Mrs. Beakley and Webby Vanderquack, the DuckTales gang crisscrosses the globe in a never-ending search for adventure. Whether battling other-worldly plant creatures, being mistaken for an international super-spy or racing to find a lost treasure ship. Scrooge and the rest of the crew never lose sight of the fact that true friendship is the greatest fortune of them all. And, for the first time on DVD see how it all began with the five-part pilot episode. "Treasure Of The Golden Suns." Experience some of the most memorable DuckTales adventures ever made in this three-disc set. It's a wealth of fun and adventure that you and your family can bank on.

Robert Rodriguez's tribute to the sci-fi films of the '50s comes to DVD with a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. A closed-captioned English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. There are no subtitles accessible on this release. Supplemental features are limited to a theatrical trailer. This film failed to find much of an audience in theaters, and this disc will do little to entice the uninitiated. This is something of a shame if for no other reason than Rodriguez's commentary tracks are always informative and entertaining. His voice is missed on this release.

The action scenes were really slow and this movie was very corney.

Chance, Shadow, and Sissy are back and roaming through San Francisco trying to find their way home in Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco, which comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. An English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1, and a French soundtrack has been recorded in Dolby Digital Stereo. Spanish and French subtitles are accessible, and the English soundtrack is closed-captioned. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence. This disc does a superb job of presenting the film, but there is little else on this decent release from Disney/Buena Vista.

This is a fun movie to watch. I don't know how they get all of the animals to work that well together.

Penny Marshall directs Oscar-winner Denzel Washington and diva Whitney Houston in The Preacher's Wife, which comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. Supplemental materials are limited to trailers. This is a decent disc from Disney/Buena Vista, but it certainly is less than it might be. The film this movie is based on, The Bishop's Wife, is also available on DVD.

The U.S. Army faces its greatest challenge to date -- new recruit Pauly Shore -- in this comedy, which gets a simple presentation for its DVD release. In the Army Now has been transferred to disc in the full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo. The dialogue is in English, with no multiple-language options of bonus materials included.

IS IT WORTH PAYING SOMEONE TO CALABRATE OR TWEEK THE SETTINGS ON MY SAMSUNG 52A650 LCD

Yes!! It is very much worth it. They make your tv look the very best that it can in your setting. I would recommend anyone doing this with a tv 42" or larger.
