I have been researching Dyson's products and playing with them in store for over 2 years. I was always hesitant about the price, but now that the price has gone down (Dyson is no longer manufacturing this model), I swooped in and bought one. I have had a Hoover for several years. Overall, it has been a good vacuum, but I have noticed that I have to vacuum several times to get up all the pet hair (I have two cats and all carpet in my home). I take good care of my products; I've changed the belt, replaced the filters, and kept the canister cleaned. The hoses have never been clogged, either, even with all the cat hair. When I decided to purchase a Dyson, I vacuumed my floors and emptied the canister with my Hoover several times, until I could detect no cat hair and very little dirt. I brought home the Dyson and vacuumed twice more. Not only did I retreive more cat hair, it also dug up around a cup (I measured!) of dirt and debris that my Hoover had missed! When reading the other reviews, many people complained of the hose being hard to stretch, and not being long enough. I have tried it out on several occassions now (I enjoy vacuuming now), and see how it is hard to stretch. It's hard to stretch because of how much suction is at the end of the hose. Also, I am 5 feet tall, and was able to effectively clean the TOPS of the ceiling fan. Maybe the other reveiwers are on ladders? Overall, I love love love my Dyson, and highly recommend it to others. I would have even paid full price, had I known exactly HOW GREAT this purchase would function!
What's great about it: Picks up dirt my "good" vacuum left behind

I had bought the Kinect for workout games such as this one. The set up takes a while, but once you get everything set up, Kinect will recognize you and log you into your profile. It will keep track of calories burned in a session, and total calories burned. This helps me to know where I am in my personal goals. There are many different workouts, and each one is different. The workouts are set up to do three exercises, then a small break (no more than a minute), then three more and so on. The trainer is a beast! They will definitely give you the motivation to work harder! I would like to see more cool down exercises, and more low impact exercises. There is not a stretching period, and they don't really emphasize stretching at all. I would purchase an updated version if the game designers put a stretching or yoga session in the game. During the game, you have to be in sync with the trainer, and if you aren't, any exercise that you do won't count. It can become frustrating if you are tired and need to take the exercise down a notch. There is only on and off, there is not a "slow down for a couple minutes!" Overall, it's a fun way to get into exercising without paying for a gym membership.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, personalized sessions based on experience and fitness level
What's not so great: No stretching, very little cool down time

I had put the first disk on my NetFlix a while ago, and forgot about it. When I received it and popped it in the DVD player, I was immediately struck by the bright colors used to enhance the story. It's part mystery, part comedy, part drama, part romance. The cast is phenomenal; they work so well together, and their timing is impeccable. The sets, costumes, and make-up are not overdone, and greatly enhance the fairy tale-like reality. With so many shows on the air that are boring, redundant, and excessive, this show is interesting, new, refreshing, and suprisingly tame. There is some inuendos (not enough to catch unless you're looking for it), the language is very tame (a b-word every now and then), and some violence (think Disney violence, like people getting hit in the head and falling down funny). I'm so disappointed that we won't be able to see any more of this show, but I've heard talks of a comic book and a full length movie. I would definitely recommend this show to anyone, anywhere, looking for a new spin instead of the same old shows.

I was only able to catch about 30 minutes of this movie during a lunch break, but I'm buying it today! Anne Hathaway and James McAvoy are great together. James McAvoy makes it easy to see where Jane Austen got the charactor for Mr. Darcy. I'm not sure how much of the movie is fact, and how much liberty is taken with the script, but for a movie, I would definitely recommend it for a nice two hours.
What's great about it: Acting, costumes
What's not so great: It can get a little corny (but in a good way)

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly suprised when I popped the cd in. The music is catchy, the lyrics a bit cheesy, and a great driving back beat. The cameos are fun, and add something different to each track. It doesn't sound like the early version of NKOTB, so don't expect to be blown back into the 90's. The only thing that I'm not fond of is the repetitiveness of the tracks; they all sound very similar. All in all, I'd say it's a very fun sound by a group that you though would never be back.

My boyfriend is an avid fan of RPG's, and I always love to watch him, but sometimes found it hard to manuever through all the menus, quests, etc. I think ES is great for those of us that are very new to 360 controls, RPG's, and console gaming in general. The game tells you exactly how to fight (which you can skip if you already know), where to go, or who to talk to. This is a specific story line, so I wasn't expecting to have lots of different things to do. The controls are very simple; I don't have to worry about pounding every single button to defeat the enemies (I'd rather pay attention to the one or two things that I'm doing on the screen than what my fingers are attempting). The graphics are stunning... I'd love to meet the character designers!! All in all, it's very good for a first timer, and would highly recommend it to someone looking for more than just mindless button pushing.
What's great about it: very easy for first time RPG-ers
What's not so great: Sometimes you have to just wander around to figure out where you're supposed to be going
