Six-year-old clown Jojo Tickle (voice of Madeleine Martin) and her best friend Goliath the Lion (voice of Robert Smith) have fun and learn things while doing it in this collection of episodes from the popular Disney Channel series Jojo's Circus. Jojo's Circus: Take a Bow finds Jojo and her pals discovering the problem with being too curious, why it's so important to follow directions, and why you should always do the best job you can. This DVD release also features a previously unreleased episode of the show, as well as printable coloring pages and educational materials.

This DVD offers both good news and bad news for fans. The good news is that it serves up Night Of The Comet with a quality transfer but the bad news is it doesn't do much else beyond that. The film is treated to a widescreen, anamorphically enhanced transfer. The end result is colorful and well-detailed, which allows the viewers to appreciate the care the filmmakers took in achieving the film's look. Both stereo and mono options are provided for the soundtrack, with each offering a crisp, well-balanced mix for the viewer to enjoy. Unfortunately, that's all there is on the disc. No extras are included, not even a trailer. This is tragic, especially because Night Of The Comet is the kind of offbeat cult movie that fans would love to hear stories about. It's a shame that Fox couldn't have put a bit more effort into assembling extras. That said, fans will be happy to finally have the film on disc and looking nice, especially at a decent mid-line price.
