I bought this vaccuum b/c i needed something that would specialize in getting pet hair out of my carpet and off my upholstery. unfortunately, i was disappointed that the pet hair removing "features" just moved the hair around rather than picking it up. it picks up most of the hair off the carpet just fine, but you don't need the tools to do it. overall, i would not recomment this vaccuum for pet hair removal.
What's great about it: it does a better job picking up hair and particles than your average $30 vaccuum
What's not so great: pet attachments and features are worthless
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
