I moved to this remote from the Logitech Harmony One which is a higher model which I had owned for over two years. I feel this product is superior to the Harmony One based on use and durability. The set up was a breeze since it imported all my old setting from my last Logitech remote, the whole process took less than 5 minutes. A complete set up is still easy and only would have took around 20 minutes. I like the physical buttons much more than the touch screen which on the Harmony One which sometimes wouldn't register button presses or you would have to be extremely accurate. I would definitely recommend this remote.
