This game is Almost as good as the first one. The co-op campaign was fun on hardcore and on insane it took just a little more time than the first game. The online multiplayer system is Much better than the first because there is no Host who gets to delay the game for a long time. I still feel that the online is lacking compared to Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 because of the speed of finding a game online. Gears 2 Takes a very long time to find a Game online. If you liked the first gears you will surely like this game. It all depends on if you like 3rd person shooters weather or not if you Like or LOVE this game.
The choice is yours.
What's great about it: Fun campaign that is an hour or two longer than the first. New Multiplayer system. New weapons
What's not so great: New Multiplayer system, New achievement called "Seriously 2.0" in which you have to get a total of 100,000 kills in all.
