The majority of bad reviews are the result of the iPad cover disengaging from the hinge. This is always the result of weak magnets that are supposed to hold the iPad in the hinge. The problem seems most prevalent in the Slimbook designed for the iPad Pro. The customer service rep let me swap the covers from an iPad Air 2 and an iPad Pro model. With the hinge problem solved, the Slimbook has all the attributes to make it the best keyboard cover on the market,

I recently purchased a 2012 Fiat 500c with with No Bluetooth. I wanted to stream music from my iPhone and use the phone hands free. Bluetooth receivers allowed for streamed music but not phone calls. Units like the Motorola Roadster are great for making calls but offer no solution for quality music.
The Calljax offers a brilliantly simple solution. It is basically an audio cable with a built in microphone. Think of it as turning your car stereo into a giant set of headphones. Hands free phone, stream music from any source, full Siri integration, voice enabled navigation. I know of no other device that can do all this, especially for 20 bucks.
The only issue I had was a volume imbalance between music, Siri, and the phone. A little adjustment and I was good to go. I can't speak for Android devices, but on an iPhone the Calljax is an incredible product.

The Liberate replaced a MiFi unit I had with Horizon for the past two years. I use it to bring mobile connectivity to a 3rd generation iPad and a 5th generation iPod touch. I use both my devices as phones (google talk & Talkatone) so it is imperative that I stay connected most all the time.
Battery - OMG, easily 12 hours! I stick my Liberate in my pocket in the morning and I'm good for the whole day. No other hotspot comes close. Just make sure GPS is off when you're not using it.
Speed - All 4G lte networks are blazing fast with a strong connection. The difference comes when only 2 bars are showing. Verizon slows down to a crawl, whereas ATT still zips along at about 8 Mbps.
Cost - I pay $20/mnth on a shared data plan with 4 other family phones. We share 6 gigs which is more than enough as long as you're not streaming video.
---Features--- Touch Screen - A cool feature, but not a good reason to buy the Liberate. The Liberate is actually easier to control via it's outstanding web site.
Micro SD slot - Great feature. I don't have a lot of memory on my devices, so it's nice to pop a couple movies on a an SD and let the kids share them on a long drive.
File Sharing - With cloud sync like Dropbox , I don't see the point.
GPS - I was really hoping this would work since it's not available on ios devices without integrated cellular data. To my disappointment, the protocol used by Liberate (NMEA) is only supported by a handful of ios apps. None of which have land based maps or turn by turn navigation. Perhaps this will change as wifi GPS becomes more available.
Summary - If you need mobile connectivity with fast speeds that will last all day, Liberate is your best ( and only? ) option. With a data sharing plan, it's also ridiculously cheap.

Easy set up and works like a charm. However....... My DSL is bundled with my phone.Having stand alone high speed Internet would actually cost me more. Instead, I purchased a Bluetooth capable cordless phone and cancelled long distance on my land line. I now pay $38/mnth for AT&T land line with DSL. All my long distance calls are routed through my cell.
I envy the people who are able to utilize Ooma and all it's great features.
What's great about it: Easy set up. Invisible operation.
What's not so great: Porting your number is a hassle. Mobile app sucks.
