Great CD!

Remember that mix tape or CD you and your best friend made back during the best summer ever? That's exactly what I thought of when listening to this. It's a great mix of music, with a bit of everything, so it's perfect to put on when doing chores or going on a long drive. I really loved the mix of new (love Lily Allen!) and classic, so there's something to sing along to before you've listened to it enough to sing along to the rest. The only track I wasn't a fan of was Scarlett Johansson's cover of "Last Goodbye", which while listenable wasn't anything special. Stick to acting ScarJo! Overall, great CD which is going to be in heavy rotation for quite a while.
What's great about it: Good mix of music
What's not so great: last track suffered in comparison to the rest
I would recommend this to a friend!

Greatly enjoyed this! Gorgeous voices and complex melodies combine to create a lovely listening experience. One star off for a few 'showy' bits--there's no need to go over the top as the vocal talent is enough to carry the songs without an overly dramatic ending. I've really enjoyed listening to this during my morning commute as it's relaxing without sending me off to sleep.
I see reading through the other reviews that some people weren't aware of the Spanish and Italian lyrics. I think this is a great way to broaden your horizons! It's fun to hear well known songs like Hallelujah in a different language!
What's great about it: beautiful voices, great selection of songs
I would recommend this to a friend!
